Nice house but bring extra money
It was a nice house but we didn’t realize the extra accommodations to the pool and facility was going to be $45 extra for each person. There really should be explicit details in the add as to how much extra it’s going to cost. The price is unreasonable, especially when we could have gotten a place closer to the beach and the amenities were free for about the same price. Other than that, the place is gorgeous, we had a wonderful time, the kids had fun in the home when the pool was closed at 8pm and we were forced to slow down when the pool didn’t open until 10am.

Great Place to Stay
Great place to stay with family. It was clean, convenient in location, & had good amenities to keep everyone busy and comfortable both in the home and at the main lodge. The check in process was breezy. The host was very responsive with any questions. The only thing I can say is that bed in the downstairs bedroom wasn't the most comfortable (a little stiff and noisy when you turn), but the upstairs beds in the other 2 rooms were. Despite that we would definitely stay here again!

Great beach getaway!
Our family had a great time at this house! Very conveniently located-- 10 minute drive to the beach. The rec room basement with tv and ping pong table was a great feature! House is well-furnished, in great condition and very clean.

Great house equipped with thoughtfulness... cell phone chargers, linens, beach chairs, coffees and teas... sadly though only one bedoom had a TV and the basement couch was very old and worn. Chairs downstairs were dirty. Overall great place to stay!

Family beach get away
We had a few days to get away with our family. We love the beach and this home was ideal. The location was terrific and everything described was completely accurate! Everything was provided and all we had to do was show up! The owners/hosts were so communicative and responsive and went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was perfect. They had a management person who was in charge as well and when one thing needed to be addressed, they were there within minutes to have the problem resolved. We would most certainly rent from the owners again and would LOVE to come back to their home again to enjoy another fabulous beach stay again. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your place!

Clean new townhouse
A well-thought-out rental. Kitchen had plenty of silverware somewhere and plates . The downstairs game room had a nice pool table and poker table. We did not really have the right age kids to use it much. The bedrooms were good, one of the king beds was not really a king but 2 singles pushed together, probably the new owners will rectify this advertising mistake.

The overall stay at Bear Trap was a good one.Our unit was ok,not cleaned very well,kitchen lacking ,grill dirty.Was disappointed was not told beach shuttle not running.Would stay there again,not that unit.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Our party of 8, including a baby, felt very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The amenities were amazing! There was a misunderstanding with the online listing in regards to the fee for the amenities, but the property owners handled it quickly. Great customer service!
