Nice place
There are some repairs that need some attention and they need to get a new housekeeper this place was not very clean compared to other places we have stayed in red river. Cobwebs grime hair and grossness on floors in corners on floor back of the doors and cabinets and behind head board on floors with hair and months of dust Wasn’t impressed with cleanness. They can do better. Great location

Great location for a ski weekend with friends
We were looking for a place for our ski weekend and this place was perfect! Very spacious kitchen and common space, and plenty of options for beds. The management company was very responsive and provided us with what we needed. The town of Red River really impressed us with the variety of restaurants and activities. We skied Taos and the drive was really easy with no traffic.

Great house
Enjoyed our stay. Clean and most everything you would need. The pans were a little old for cooking, never did find the fire stick to start the fire, and no lighter or matches. But nice beds and bedding.

Winter wonderland!
We had an absolutely wonderful time in Red River! The house was just about perfect, but there were a few notes I'd like to offer. Better instructions for where the dumpster/s were would have been helpful. We happened across one into town one morning and hoped it was ok for us to drop our trash there. We read somewhere after that that any could be used in town, but not knowing where "any" of those are is a little challenging! There were also a really limited number of forks in the kitchen. There were 6 of us and 6 forks, so we had to hand wash them after every meal so we had them for the next meal. The coffee pot was also a little challenging and took a few days to get the hang of. We are big coffee drinkers, so we tried to make a full pot the first day, but the filter basket overflowed and the coffee was full of grounds. I tried to reduce the number of cups I did at a time and found that 6 was about all you could do at a time without it overflowing. The chairs in the living room also seem to be in need of replacing.... They were very difficult to open/close and felt like you were almost sitting on the floor when you finally got into them. We also really could have used a snow shovel for the front steps and walkways. And as evidenced by the first phone call I made when we arrived, the front door was extremely difficult to get open. The welcome basket and toiletries were absolutely wonderful and a nice way to start our trip! It was so nice to have the fireplace and fire wood too! We definitely took advantage of that with the cold days! The supplies in the kitchen were also very helpful...spices, syrup, flour, sugar, etc., pots and pans. The realtor support was huge! Any time I couldn't find something, I would text Crystal and she magically knew where it was! All of the storage throughout the house was also wonderful. We had plenty of space for all of our stuff in the bedroom, bathrooms and laundry room! All in all, we had a wonderful trip and will most definitely be back!

Elk, Bears, and a little creek
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and stay in this cabin. It was a nice treat to be able to enjoy the wilderness of New Mexico with visits by Elk, a Bear, and hummingbirds. The little creek out front made for an excellent distraction for our toddler. We did notice its a very pet friendly cabin. So the rugs and furniture weren't in the best shape. But overall the linens were clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and a handy grill on the back helped us to stay socially distant while finally getting away for a bit. Thank you for having our family.

Great cabin in the woods
This is our second time staying at this cabin and it is great. We like being a little farther away to get the use of a whole house. House is perfect and the kids love playing outside in the snow. Will definitely come back again.

Learning to Sniwboard
This trip was a Christmas present to a grandson who wanted a ski trip with his family. He and his brothers learned to snowboard and we all loved the house. We drove in after dark and all the lights were on and the house was warm - we felt so welcome! The home was beautiful and perfect for our group of 7 and our lab. After a day on the slopes we would walk down the road where the boys would sled. The weather was perfect and it will be a trip remembered forever.

Cleaned for Several hours Before we can enjoy!
We chose this location because of the reviews of how clean this place was rated. The place was actually very dirty, Cobwebs and spiders in home and dirty sheets on beds and dirty bathrooms. I had my elderly parents and my family clean for about three to four hours before we could enjoy. I refused to drink a sip of coffee in the provided coffee maker because it was so filthy and moldy. However the management team brought a new pot right of way to this location which was very nice. The cabin is beautiful but needs to be cleaned badly. Cabins should be designed to enjoy the outdoors on a deck but you cant at this property because of the cobwebs and unpleasant and uncomfortable decks. The decks need rocking chairs and inviting atmosphere. Perhaps put the wood in back yard and make the front deck a sitting area for guests with swings and rocking chairs it is so much more cozy in the front deck. The fenced back yard is awesome. Other than the cleanliness of the home we enjoyed our stay. The home decor was adorable until you went upstairs and the cabin had two unpleasant photos of unappropriated woman wall art not at all appropriate for children, this art is located next to the owners locked room upstairs. I want to give four stars but I drove a long way to relax not clean.

We spent a very relaxing 3 days at this property. Very quiet and easily accessible. We were checked on everyday to make sure our every needs were met. They even left treats for the dog! Very comfortable and definitely met all our expectations. Great location to make the enchanted circle. The fall foliage was absolutely the best we've ever experienced. Thank you to all who made this a memorable experience! Would love to return.

Creekside Peace
Lovely quiet peaceful location up in the mountain a very short distance from town. Furnished with charm and guest comfort in mind. The kitchen is very well equipped and all the things you need for your visit are provided. I do want to give special thanks to the property’s manager, they checked on us more than once to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Special note, leave the bedroom window open a bit at night and let the creek water running lull you to sleep, it’s wonderful!

Perfect Cabin for Families & Dogs
This property is so nice! Everything you could need or want for your family and your furry little friends! The company that does all of the prep and checking in and out are amazing! They made it known repeatedly that they are available for anything we needed...they even left goodies for our dogs! There was also enough room for our Jeep, my Durango and our trailer with three four wheelers! Great property and location!

Great, clean, cozy cabin
We arrived on May the 17th and while we were there it snowed! The cabin and the booking company were top notch. The cabin was very nice, clean and comfortable. Red River was only 10 minutes away so we were the perfect distance from town to be remote. The area around the cabin was also very clean and the other cabins were well kept. We enjoyed the "real" wood burning fireplace and the sound of the water flowing swiftly through the creek that ran right through the front yard since there was snowfall so lte this year.
