Claim Jumper #19, fondly called Hans’ Haus, is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse between the river and the fishing ponds, just a stone’s throw from the Red River Ski Area’s Platinum Chair Lift.

Newly renovated in the spring of 2021, this townhouse is a 3-level property with bedrooms on both the middle and upper levels. This unit will make you feel right at home as the gas fireplace, which is the primary heat for the home, greets you into an inviting living space.

The first floor has tile throughout and has several special amenities. The boot barn area is a great place to store ski, snow, and hiking boots. The top shelf of the boot barn area is perfect for hats, scarves, and gloves, along with a charging station for electronic devices. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa that guests can enjoy, along with a flat-screen Tv and a ceiling fan. Granite countertops, with a breakfast bar extension housing four stools, create an open area for conversation with the chefs. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meals you decide to create during your stay in Red River. The main level also has a half bathroom and washer/dryer for your convenience.

As you make your way up to the second level, you will discover the master bedroom which has a queen bed, flat-screen Tv, private bathroom, and balcony overlooking the fishing ponds. Down the hallway is another bedroom with a queen bed. You will also find a second full bath on this level.

The top-level hosts a third bedroom loft furnished with two sets of bunk beds which have twin-sized mattresses on the top and full-sized beds on the bottom. A flat-screen Tv is easily accessible to connect to your game console or computer.

Amenities include a full-size washer/dryer on the first floor, WiFi, satellite tv via DirectTv, charcoal grill, a fire pit in the courtyard, and a ski closet on the front porch. This property is perfect for remote workers because it has High Speed WiFi! Each Claim Jumper unit has 2 dedicated parking spots. All other vehicles will need to park off the property. There is NO trailer parking allowed at the Claim Jumper complex. Sorry, this property is not pet-friendly. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.

**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Perfect
Grandparents, parents and grandkids stayed. Property had everything. It was exceptionally clean. Loved the bunk room that allowed all 6 gkids to room together and stay up talking. Tankless hot water was very nice for large group. The full size washer/dryer was also nice. The fireplace kept it nice and cozy.

Perfect Location for Red River Ski Vacation
Our group contained two families, totaling nine people. The kids' ages ranged from 3 to 19 and all were able to have their own bed on the 3rd floor. The property was the perfect location for skiing and walking to restaurants, stores, and the grocery store. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and living room were perfect for gathering in the evenings. We also loved all the places to hang our ski clothes in the living room. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for Family with Teens
We rate our experience starting with the cleanliness and comfort of the property. Both were excellent! Super comfortable beds and bedding, and wonderfully clean. The location is the greatest! We were across the street from the platinum chair lift, and the front door had a combination lock. The teenagers could come and go as they pleased. We will stay here again.
