Love the place, but disappointed this time

I was totally excited to come back to this hotel with my family and extended family after a trip to Dutch Wonderland. We had plans to come back and let the kids cool off and burn off remaining energy in the pool while the adults were going to relax in courtyard with some drinks from the bar. Both were closed!!!! Total disappointment! I highly recommended this place over many others after having stayed here in the past and I felt responsible for the failed plan. Wish we were warned ahead of time that both would not be open. Would have factored into our plans.

Everything was good except they didn't clean our room to give new towels, or new sheets. The bed was hard! Besides those two, Everything was great.

Great modern suite stay near airport.

Very comfy and modern hotel and room near the Reading, PA airport. Stayed one night while attending event at Airport. Large room with high ceiling. All amenities for a suite. Indoor Pool was nice. Hot breakfast was very good.

Great clean hotel with a lot of amenities!

The hotel itself is nice and clean! Service great as well! Everyone was really nice and helpful! My discomfort was the air conditioner was extremely loud and air quality. My allergies flared up when I entered my room. They allow pets which if fine! But I think to improve the air quality they should look to change their air filters more frequently.
