Directly across the street from Santander Arena. Very nice place. Clean room, freindly staff. Food at the restaurant was just ok and a bit pricey. Would definitley recommend.

We came here from Harrisburg to see a concert. I didn't want to drive home at 11:00. This hotel was so convenient since it's right across the street from Santander arena. Beautiful, quiet room.

Great spot for a show and a snooze
Very friendly staff. This hotel offered free parking and a warm cookie at check in. They even have gluten free options. They helped us with my daughters need for ä microwave as she has food allergies that mean we need to make her food and bring it with us. The location could not have been better for the concert across the street.

The front staff was excellent. They were very welcoming and informative. The bartending staff in the restaurant was awful. Extremely unfriendly, unattentive, and miserable. After asking for a menu after seeing a show, we had to wait another 20 minutes for the bartender to come back over to us, and when we wanted to order she said the kitchen was closed. Awful experience. I helped them out by letting other customers know it’ll take a half hour to get a drink, so they went elsewhere. Be prepared on show nights, and even if you are in the weeds, be pleasant and attentive to your customers.
