Cleanliness and care horrible

Horrible, the first room they got us, there was still water left in the hot tub from the last persons stay. The heat was turned off, so it we walked into the room at 45 degrees. The desk lady tried to tell us there was no other room available then after hearing we’ll go somewhere else, she magically found another hot tub room. Which at least the tub was clean, but again the heat was off, so we ended up going hanging out somewhere else while we waited for our room to warm up. Once we finally got in, we noticed the drywall above the hot tub was split, and hanging down. Comfortable bed at least but horrible hotel!!

First when we got there we where told the king suite we reserved was not cleaned so we settle for a double queen regular room because we just wanted to crash. The plug for the heater/ac looked like it had been on fire. Looked like blood stains on the bed.

I arrived for a two night stay and will never book here again. Overall the room was fine but it was very noisy and difficult to sleep. On my second night I was disturbed by guests who were apparently drunk and arguing outside my room. I couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk for assistance. Overall the property looked aged but location was fairly convenient and easily accessible to the city.
