I arrived for a two night stay and will never book here again. Overall the room was fine but it was very noisy and difficult to sleep. On my second night I was disturbed by guests who were apparently drunk and arguing outside my room. I couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk for assistance. Overall the property looked aged but location was fairly convenient and easily accessible to the city.

Found a bed bug on the last morning of our stay. Manager offered a refund but when the Hotels.com rep contacted them, they would only make up for one night of our stay. Manager blew off the seriousness of the situation even though I captured the bug and showed them. I reported it to public health who told me it’s not the first report they’ve received on this property.

The hotel changed my room from a double queen bed to a king bed without my knowledge and then claimed they called me and I confirmed the change. That was not true.

Delightfully Surprised
I was surprised and delighted with the condition and cleanliness of this Quality Inn. The pool area was well maintained as was the Lobby, corridors and the Jacuzzi room I occupied. Breakfast was more than expected. The clerk could have been a little more welcoming but I would recommend this Hotel and stay again when in the area.

I loved the big room and the thick towels. The area around the hotel is a bit rough, very near a main street, and the pet area behind the hotel is not well-lighted. On the plus side, when the (burly) reception desk person saw me go out in the morning before it was light with my dog, he followed me out very casually and kept an eye on me while I was out with my dog. MUCH appreciated!
