Great stay! Even with a concert going on in events center next door (which we didn't know about) our room was quiet. The restaurant and bar were lovely. Easy walk to downtown.

This property is just excellent with everything they do! We stay here at least once or twice a year to go to the rapid Rush game. the convenience of having it right by the monument Center is a plus but even more so the staff, the cleanliness everything about this place is just truly amazing! We’ve never had a bad experience, and Jennette The front staff member this last visit was the most friendliest and delightful person we’ve ever had anywhere help us, and again not that we’ve ever had any bad service she was just above and beyond delightful! We love this place!! can’t say enough about it!! We will always stay here every time we’re in Rapid city!! to us there’s just no better option!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I visit Rapid for Business about 3 times per month and I have found that the Holiday Inn is the best option in town. Location, staff, amenities, and quality of rooms.

Great hotel. Very clean, breakfast wand dinner were excellent, hot tub and sauna were nice after a cold and rainy day. Just steps from the Monument made for a hassle free return to the hotel after beer fest. Would absolutely stay here again

Okay but overpriced
Decent room overall.... pullout couch was totally messed up, sunken in the middle and not possible to sleep on it. Also no full length mirror which was weird and inconvenient since we were there to be part of an event that required getting ready and dressed /being able to see full reflection.
