You will love your vacation at this custom built home on Dodge Pond, with 250' on Dodge Pond Stream and 150' frontage on Dodge Pond. In the summer, enjoy your morning coffee on the expansive deck as you take in the sounds of the babbling brook, and later relax at the fire pit after a day of fun activity. In winter, access Saddleback in just 20 minutes, and then curling up in front of one of the two wood fireplaces after a fun day on the slopes.

Conveniently located equally between Rangeley and Oquossoc, you can enjoy all the activities of the Rangeley area, or spend the day relaxing at Brooklake. With a gourmet kitchen, three flat screen tvs, high-speed fiber Internet, two fireplaces (plus the firepit) and direct water access with a dock for up to three boats, you may never want to leave!

This house was perfect for our snowmobile trip. The house has a large family room to hang out in. It was close to downtown, trails and just a short drive to sugarloaf.
