My stay was very nice! The room was immaculate and the service was outstanding! I would have liked a microwave in the room, two sitting chairs instead of one and some low-fat dairy at the breakfast bar. Otherwise, the stay was terrific!

There was hair in my bed, the sink had low water pressure, there was banging/construction upstairs all night so I couldn't sleep, and the manager offered 10k points to make up for the inconvenience but only issued 8k points. Very petty and unnecessary.
