The hotel was busy but the service was very thoughtful. There were staff to help with luggage when arriving and leaving the hotel. Our truck was too high to park in the hotel parking lot, but there was a small public parking lot nearby that charged 23/day and was very convenient. The hotel was clean and modern, with USB sockets on the wall for direct charging. The hotel also had children's activities and some small gifts for children, which was very considerate! The hotel is within walking distance of famous old town attractions, 20 minutes to the castle hotel and the river, and only 10 minutes to the Quebec Castle. Opposite the Parliament Building, it is very convenient!

Lovely hotel on the edge of Old Quebec, making all of the beautiful shops and restaurants an easy walk. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities were beautiful, clean, and well appointed. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Hilton Quebec to anyone.

It was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering great comfort and modern amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth. Not that extraordinary and way overpriced
Way too expensive for what we got. No glasses in the room, only one chair when we arrived.Had to ask for those at the front desk. 20$ a night for parking with only one possibility to take your car out, otherwise it is 35$ a day. No vent and no heat in the washroom. Restaurant is good but overpriced. Prices at the small store where you can get a sandwich and a coffee are litterally outrageous.

This hotel is in walking distance to Old Quebec including ice skating and the tobaggan sled ride. The hotel and our room was extremely clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The outdoor pool is heated to 92 degrees all year round. We loved it so much that we made reservations to return in a few weeks.
