Aury was an amazing host. The vibe team, and the fitness teams are amasing as well. I even extended an extra day because I was having an amazing time. If you want mature fun & not so much chaos this hotel is it!

What was unique to me the Butler’s service, Joan was very helpful/informative. He kept us updated with the daily activities, all the excursions that were available, he made our dinner reservations! We did not have a worry about anything he took care of all our needs! Thank you Joan/Royalton Chic staff!

Although this property is 10 years old, it is deteriorated. The consierge staff did limited things for us, we constantly had to be asking for things. The guys in charged of offering the time shared were like hawks, we had to tell them to stop so they could stop pushing it. Also, the food and places to eat were limited. The bar were good and cocktails were tasty. The Insomnia Cafe it’s a very cool place with the best employee Marino. She really made our days every morning❤️ the room were comfortable and clean. Loved that we were able to play pickleball but the resort only had 2 paddles!!!! Also, the jacuzzi had cold water. Overall, we had fun because we went in a group and spending the time together was the goal! This place needs tender loving care and renew a few things like entertainment and activities and maybe add another night club.

There were multiple water maintenance issues throughout the property including guest rooms. Not alot of dining options throughout the day. Laundry was very poor I got a full body rash.

Definitely recommend upgrading to Diamond club . The perks and room are better. Our room was in a perfect location close to the pool, bars and clubs. The service was spectacular! I mentioned it was my bf's birthday and they surprised us decorating the room with balloons, sign on the door, rose pedals and even a birthday cake. Joan our butler was amazing! He checked on us frequently, booked our reservations and made things happen when we needed something. If you book here ask for him! Overall the resort itself was nice. Smaller than expected but still have fun activities and shows for guests which was nice.

Staff was nice and friendly. Hotel was clean. Pool was nice and the pool servers did a good job keeping up with drink requests from guests. Specialty restaurants were good but I thought the buffet was small with not a lot of options. Spa was incredible. Would I return? Yes. Pros outweigh the cons.

Staff member were well customer oriented and they were very helpful , all the host at the buffete, davied in Gues serv , Now they have a problem with supply they ran out of a lot of things for example no hotdogs at snack bite items in breakfast ran out and it takes a while to refill them , short of enterteainmemt compared with other resorts, and they dont allpw uber to pick u up

My stay was from 10-24/10-28.. I originally booked for a double bed since it was my aunt & I. When we arrived, they say they couldn’t accommodate me because it’s “Adults Only and majority of everyone is couples” FUNNY because my brother and cousin was there also & nun of us are couples! Then they said they can put us in a double bed room on 10-25 but we’d have to be packed up by 12 & room ready at 5. How the room would be ready at 5, if check in is at 3???? The room was ready until 7PM! I had to curse them out for constantly inconveniencing me. Takes FOREVER to get anything! Towels, garbage can, blower dryer. Stuff that should be in the room! The customer service SUCKS I kept complaining and nobody did anything I’d never go back to another Royalton… TRUST!

Nice place, great party atmosphere especially on foam parties on Tuesday and Thursday. Take you own seasoning!!!! Food is plain you might get salt and pepper if your lucky!

The liquor should be better. Too low quality liquor and they few higher quality within the low quality they always ran out and had to wait over an hour or walk to other bars to get this kind. This is not mid or top shelf liquor you can buy bottles separately but inconvenient. Would recommend having someone take orders at the beach as well. Overall is a good location staff was friendly
