Zero service on the beach or pool side. Too many vendors bugging you on beach. Entertainment dismissal for family's. Only one show the 7 days we were there. Had to pay for pool and ice hokey in the snack bar for Entertainment. Rooms freezing at night only have a sheet. Thermostat is there just for show couldn't adjust temp turned off every night. Only one restaurant is a sit down all other's are buffet. That beeing said we had a great time,

Better than we expected! It was a cheap vacation, so we weren’t expecting a lot. The beach was perfect! Food was good and the drinks yummy! Great margaritas! I have no complaints! Other than the resort is huge.

This was the most terrible experience I have ever had in DR. I visit Punta Cana often and this was my worst experience from checking in to checking out. My room was disgusting and I had to request to be moved more than once. I took a video of my room because it looked like I was staying at a motel. They kept telling me that they could only give me the same kind of room because of the room I booked on Expedia. I would not care how I booked a room, because the money I paid, my room should have not been dirty. The next day I was assisted after being told there was nothing they could do the day before. After I agreed to the room they changed me to, I had to lug my luggage down two flights of stairs and up two flights of stairs on the other side of the resort, because no one ever came to help me move to my other room and I have a bad back. Not to mention the amount of walking you had to do to get to anything. It was an insane amount of walking around the resort. We were never informed of what was on the resort when we checked in and when we asked, we were told that's was because there are a lot of people who frequent the resort so they think everyone knows. The worst part of it all was the food. I got sick after eating the first two days and nothing was good. I survived off of french fries. I even took a taxi into the city to get KFC empanadas and meals for my sisters, who also was on the trip with me. And last but not least cigarette smoking. People were smoking in the pools

Me gusto porque en todo momento tienen Actividades para el disfrute de los que se hospedan. Ademas el servicio de los empleados es excelente. Las habitaciones se mostraban un poco descuidadas, el baño huele Mal Casi siempre sin embargo nos hicieron cambio de habitacion en 2 ocasiones por el inconvenient. Pienso deberia arreglar los detalles en pintura y habitaciones por lo demas excelente y volveria! Gracias por todo!!! Bendiciones para ustedes siempre

The towels for the room and the beach needs urgent change. When i made a complaint to fixed the toillete. It took 3 hours and the person to fixed was a gentleman to bring to my room more towels. The tv doesnt wirk. I didn't to call to fixed because i dont want spent my time waiting to be repair. The internet is very bad.

What they show in pictures is not what’s in person. My room was in bad condition. The drawers falling apart, rust all over the room, I found a bug next to the bed. I tried to mediate with the hotel to get a room change and was told by 3 staffs at reception to wait to speak to Juan from reception at 9am. It was 10:15 and Juan was no where to be found. After waiting and not being helped. I decided I wanted to leave the hotel, at this point I didn’t feel comfortable. I stayed for 1 night & they don’t want to refund me for the rest of the days I was supposed to be there. I ended up going to a much better hotel for the rest of my stay. Don’t stay here, bad customer service. Rooms in bad condition. It’s noisy at night.

Walk-in shower with a sturdy plastic chair was provided. Room was large enough to accommodate my scooter. Very pleased!
