This is somewhat of a business type hotel. The rooms are smaller, but well maintained and very nice. The property is centrally located in Porto and one can walk to most venues. There are many restaurants very close by and the staff will make recommendations and arrange a reservation for you.

amazing!!! what a way to start off our vacay. i am a biggy when it comes to cleanliness! can’t complain. the location was perfect. walking distance to everything, in short everything is within reach! the receptionists are all very pleasant and helpful! highly recommend!!!

Convenient location in this lovely city. Hotel is very much like a Premier Inn. Rooms are fine if a bit small and lacking much storage space but doesnt really matter as you are there for the city not the room. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room had a very musty smell - the various front staff during our stay hardly smiled - during our four day stay, every time we went outside of the hotel or came inside the hotel, there were inebriated people just outside the hotel door - some days they were arguing l, pushing and shoving each other also - the breakfast lady was polite - however if you are a diabetic, you will have nothing to eat - no eggs even - I needed to go outside to eat breakfast given I could not eat nothing - the fresh orange juice maker was the only highlight - there are two coffee makers, one never worked so there were long lines every day for coffee - given the price paid this hotel, sadly, was a huge disappointment.

The 1st hotel I ever stayed that does not have a fridge and a coffeemaker in a room. Room for 2 with just one chair. Front desk staff hit or miss. Bolt/Uber won’t get you to the door for some odd reason drivers won’t pick/drop you off there. Central location super convenient to many attractions. Pot store next door was not my vibe. Also, 2 days out of 4 there was some clothes/food distribution for the needy on a square right in front of the hotel. Depending on how you look at it could be poz or neg given the colorful clientele. Your Orbitz gold/platinum status means nothing to most hotels ( this included) so don’t bother mentioning it

Good location, clean, modern. But the rooms do not have air conditioning and it was very hot in late April. We opened the window to try to get some cooler outside air. When we told management about the issue, we were chastised for opening the window, but they could do nothing about the temperature control. This has been a common complaint from other reviewers, so just be prepared.
