Rafael and Laiz were absolutely amazing 5 star for their Service. They made our experience a lot better. And we’re very apologetic and attentive. They went above and beyond for us.
I am not really happy with the hotel and most likely will not be coming back. I have a disability and we waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for the train all they did was passed us by and would not help us. We ended up walking and having to miss our dinner reservations and we had to call it a night due to my feet being extremely swollen due to my condition. We also tried the Italian restaurant where we waited over an hour to even receive our food for it to be extremely disgusting. We ended up leaving.
The manager of that restaurant did try to make it right, however we were not willing to wait that long. We also moved rooms 3 times in our 6 night stay due to bathroom and sinks. Being clogged and the AC not working. We typically do not write any reviews. But this needed to be done. I will be attaching photos and videos. They did move us up to Level. Which was nice. But the same food everyday can get a bit overwhelming. On a good note Thank you Laiz and Rafael for making this experience a lot better for us.
