Amazing place to stay while exploring DR! The room looked newly remodeled and super cute, fully stocked, the air conditioning worked great, so convenient to have a frig and pod coffee maker, the beach/pool area was breathtaking, with plenty of seating, they provide beach towels, and the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was the nicest I’ve encountered in a long time! We will be back!

Horrible experience. No clear communication Limited dinning Paid for a deluxe king room got there,were told they did not have a king room and that we would have to pay a large amount of money to upgrade to get a king bed. When we told them we werent doing that they said we should come the next day and they would have a king bed available in a different room for us. The next day we went to the front desk and were told the room would be ready at 4p and that they couldn't tell us were the room was till it was ready. We packed up our bags ready to move to a different room, Went there at almost 5pm the room was not ready. We end up not getting the room and had to stay in the 2 bed room. This is an all inclusive resort, noone seemed to know were the buffet was and had us walking around the resort looking for were to get something to eat. The staff kept on directing us to different areas. The restaurants on the resort require reservations and they are always booked. Our concierge told he would make a reservation for us at the Japanese restaurant and it would be free. When we went to check for our reservation, No reservation . The day that they said was seafood night, we barely saw seafood. There was only 2 types of fish and 1 type of rice with cut up shrimp in it. Even checking out was a hassle. Kept redirecting us to different areas of the hotel to check out. I did like the activities on the resort. But i would not recommend this resort and will not be going back there.

A very nice place, we enjoyed our stay. One complaint is that the surrounding of our hotel is covered with coconut trees, don’t give me wrong, I love coconut trees but we have not been offered to drink coconut water hehehe. Everyone was very polite and respectful, very professional. Thank you.

We stayed on this property with a group from September 28th - October 6th for my moms 60th birthday. Check in: Astrid checked us in and made the entire check-in process absolutely flawless. I had spoken to Astrid prior to arrival and mentioned it was my moms birthday trip. From that point on, Astrid ensured she kept in touch with me and told me to ask for her upon check-in. There were 10 of us to be checked in, and Astrid made the process efficient and quick. I cannot say enough about her- she was wonderful. Concierge: our family stayed in the “Level” suites and our concierge was Roberto. He was incredible- from helping us make restaurant reservations to helping me coordinate my moms dinner, he was very helpful and attentive! Staff: I found staff to be very friendly and warm. I especially liked how kind everyone was to my children. We went during low season so many restaurants were closed and the main pool was closed, however Astrid, Roberto and management strived to make our stay memorable and comfortable!

The hotel is beautiful! I traveled with my partner, and we had a wonderfully relaxing time. We visited the Asian restaurant Hokkaido and highly recommend the show by Chef Jacki Chan. One area for improvement is the transportation at night.

The pool was under maintenance, but we didn’t miss it at all because they have an incredible water park where the kids had a blast with all the entertainment. We spent every afternoon there, and the kids ended up exhausted. For dinner, I recommend Tauro, a steakhouse with excellent service and friendly staff. In the evenings, we enjoyed the shows at the theater, and we loved the White party!

Incredible vacation! They have a beautiful spa that really captures the essence of the Caribbean. I received the best massages I've had in a long time. The cabins were very clean, and the staff was attentive and helpful. After my massages, I could enjoy a lovely pool while sipping on a delicious cava.
