We stayed for 3 nights Sunday to Wednesday. Lovely old hotel. We stayed in single rooms..two of which faced to the back of the hotel and one sea facing. Biscuits and a muffin left out for a night time cuppa.(unfortunately not gluten free but nothings perfect) Absolutely spotless bathrooms, though a bit tiny, but then the rooms are only for one person. We had lovely breakfasts and opted to eat in the restaurant on two of our three nights. Lovely food and plenty of options. I was very happy that I could get gluten free chicken gougons and gluten free chips.. so nice not to have that option.
All in all a lovely hotel, very nice staff and even a tiny rubber ducky in the bathroom!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
It's a beautifully old-fashioned property with new bathrooms. The bedrooms need more powerpoints. The staff are extremely helpful.
I love this hotel. It’s an old historical building directly on the main street, steps from restaurants, bars and the Titanic Experience. The rooms are nice with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows to give it that old world feel. It is dated in that it has no USB ports so we had to use our converters, which is inconvenient but not the end of the world.
One negative: the shower is too small. You have to be small to average to be comfortable.
It was in the heart of the city, so we could walk everywhere. The room was spacious and clean. The only negative is parking. They only have a few spots in their lot and it was full. Thankfully someone told us where we could find free parking within walking distance.
