The property was huge. Half the time the television did not work. The map was via a code and did not help at all. The Transporation staff were the worse. They would either point in some vague direction or drive right past you.

This place is not newly renovated at all. We found the food handling unsanitary as no one wore gloves. The dining room in the buffet was always dirty. Tables not wiped down between seatings. Some staff were very cranky. Best service was from the beach bar. Thank you Luisa and Kathryn!

It is well maintained property but wish beach was cleaner, there was seaweed so had to be careful. we had a good stay, food was good with lot of choices, everyone was friendly but most of them didn’t speak or understand English which was a problem. Overall we had fun and would go back

Beautiful resort, beautful beach, clean, lots of choices on the buffet. Very difficult to communicate with staff. My son-in-law was offered drugs from the staff. Very loud nightly entertainement, especially for a family resort that has small children.

Everthing about this Experience, the food was gross we found a cucaroche in the buffet they never change the sheets on our bed the staff and hostes were very rude and unprofessional I made a formal complaint and I have the copies I would like some kind of compensation because of everything I went through it was very dirty I took pictures

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, buena atención, cabe resaltar a Luisa en el bar de la playa, ella es increíble siempre muy atenta a lo que nesecitabas, Willy en el bufet de la playa el mejor en la parrilla, también Carlos el venezolano en el sport bar, siempre listo para dar lo mejor de él,en general todos son súper, nada como los dominicanos, lo único que si tengo que señalar que no nos gustó fue la cerveza Canita, muy aguada, sabía a agua con gas, vuelvan para la Presidente que es mucho más sabrosa. Recomendamos al Hotel Bahía príncipe Esmeralda Luxury para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones en familia.

Beautiful property, very clean and luxurious. The staff was very slow to respond to our requests though. I called 3 times in one night for an extra bed cover but it never came. We were cold all night

The hotel was very good it has been recently renovated. The room was very comfortable. Even the sofa bed had a good mattress. The mini fridge was stocked everyday with essentials. The pool area has two different places to pick up towels which is very convinient.

Esmeralda Resort was clean with beautiful beach. Buffet food was same almost every night. Needs more options for menu especially international items. We tried The Green Restaurant but the food was not even close to greek or the mediterranean region. Casa Bella Italian restuarant was overall great with great food and staff amd service. Definitely expected better since we had great time at Akumal in Mexico. Hoping our Jamaica vacation meets our expectations.
