The hotel is lovely - a nice mix of old style and modern rooms. The bathrooms could do with modernising however they were clean. The pool area is really nice and the views of the beach from the balcony were lovely! The only downside was the AC unit was really loud and disrupted our sleep slightly. Provincetown was such a fun and warm place to visit. Only takes around 25 minutes to stroll into town but the hotel offer a shuttle service too which is great! Would definitely recommend.

Loved the resort

The room was spacious. Our king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. And the restaurant in the resort was great. The food was delicious and the server was very friendly and had our order very quickly. We will be returning for another vacation.

Positive: Interesting murals; very nice staff in the restaurants; pretty spot; quiet room with flowers outside the window. Pool looked great although I didn't use it. Negative:1) My room was clean except for the floor, which had sand and some dead bugs. 2) I said on check-in that I had a lot of things to bring in (I had stayed elsewhere for a week & had a cooler etc that I couldn't leave in my car). I was told to use a cart - a bit odd as I am 75 and my room was all the way down at the end including up a ramp. I did it, but would have preferred tipping a staff person to help me. 3) I think perhaps you should throw out the towels that are threadbare.

The Provincetown Inn was grossly understaffed and I felt so had for the staff that was working there. They had a line of people waiting for the 4pm check (and some people had paid for early check-in) and the rooms were not ready. They had 3 people cleaning 102 rooms. I totally understand it’s not their fault and felt really bad for them. Also, the place looks really run down. I asked for a refund after waiting for a half hour. I booked a new hotel down the street where I’ve stayed before and it was lovely.

Very dirty, our bathroom & exterior balcony smelled of urine. No towels in our room. Entire hotel smelled of mildew & mold. The beach area was filthy & the lounge chairs were broken. We waited hours before our room was ready for check in. Don’t waste your money or time here!

Not what I am use to from this Hotel or Hotels in general…. Stay did seem well intentioned but lacked training and experience. Vending machines, carpets, heaters, chairs, and other items very dirty or broken. I had to delay dinner due to no housekeeping service/towels. When requested the front desk said ok….. one hour later I went down to ask in person. The this point the nice man said “they are just out of the dryer”. Please train staff to “set expectations” if they said that when I first asked and notified me it would be a hour wait I would have left for dinner. I also notified them the soap dispensers did not work and were never filled either. I was as disappointed more at the management for lack of training than the staff for execution of work orders.

Staying at the tip of the world

I have been coming to Provincetown for 40 years I have stayed at many inns or hotels. I was last here 15 years ago. The place is dated bit it all feels much fresher and cleaner than it had in the past. The shuttle makes up for not being in town. The large rooms and stunning views you could only find with tihs setting.

Not worth $270/night

The room was disappointing. The floor had been remodeled which looked nice but the room itself was very small. The bathroom was tiny and had old fixtures, vanity was tiny with no counter space. Shower floor was filthy (no tub) and the water had low water pressure. Check-in was at 4pm but we had to wait till past 5pm for our room to be ready. Sheets/pillowcases were dirty.

- Rooms unclean and not worth 350, bed spread had big stains on it - how did they miss this? Feet dirty after walking on floor in room after 5 minutes! AC VERY loud in the room hard to sleep with it on. Smelly room, last two rooms were in other locations. Greed is taking this place over.
