Location is good (near beach and walkable to main tourist area). Plenty of room in parking lot. Staff was friendly. BUT: - the bathroom door is a slidable door. This is NOT a pocket door that “locks”. It’s a door on rollers with at least an inch or more of open space between the door and door frame. So if you don’t want your partner hearing you do your business, then this isn’t the place for you. The door didn’t even stay in place sometimes so I had to have my bf brace a chair against door so it didn’t slide partially open. - morning coffee wasn’t good

Property was old and not updated. No phone access in the room. Limited staff and no staff at night. Office is closed till 8 am. Room was dirty.

The high threshold into the room was very dangerous, kept tripping over it. The refrigerator leaked water all over my expensive food inside and I awoke to water all over the floor that had leaked from the fridge. I did appreciate a larger than normal fridge and an in room microwave. I wished there was tea in the rooms as well as coffee.

Surfside Hotel is lovely!! Great place to stay, super comfortable, awesome amenities, and the perfect location! I was only in town for a day and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk manager, Steve, because I had an issue where Expedia confirmed my stay on their end but never actually sent my reservation through to Surfside. Steve called them, made sure to fix the problem, and then was kind enough to upgrade my room because of the inconvenience, even though it wasn’t the hotel’s fault at all!! Lovely hotel and incredible customer service. I will be back!!

The hotel is located on the bay, next to the beach, with a beautiful view of the bay from the room windows. The hotel needs renovation, especially better air conditioning. Breakfast is basic at best. Large parking lot and easy access. About a 20-minute walk to the center. A plus for the large swimming pool.

Girls trip to Ptown

Great location in Ptown. The outdoor pool and fire pit area were nice. The pool chair need an upgrade. The room was fine. Typical continental breakfast items. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved the convenience of the Hotel with a beautiful scenic 15 min walk into town, beach across the street (2nd bldg), great pool and nice front courtyard. Room was clean with a great walk-in shower. If you have a hard time climbing stairs, I would suggest to request 1st fl before booking as they're steep. I thought destination fee & pet fee was a bit steep adding an additional $80 to our stay. Rooms are pricey during the summer season as expected but all n all it's a lovely Hotel and the staff were kind.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and work very hard to create an inviting space. The pool and beachfront access are amazing, as well as the parking lot which allows for a short walk into town without needing to pay a premium to park in the center. All outdoor areas were very clean and safe. Cons: The room in which we stayed could use a little TLC (the curtains were moldy from the AC and, while the bathroom and overall room was pretty clean, there were some food splatter marks on the wall and piles of swept dust on the floor upon arrival) Overall, a great stay for our purpose of a last minute stay in Ptown and would stay there again!

Le montant exigé quand on a un chien dans la chambre est beaucoup trop élevé. 43 $US par jour c’est énorme! Mais l’emplacement est vraiment idéal et les chambres sont adéquates.
