Newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath in desirable west end on 2 levels. It is close to beaches and walking distance to commercial street. The unit comes with 2 dedicated parking spaces. Upstairs, open living floor plan with direct access to large patio, outdoor shower and outdoor dining; office space with desk and additional pull out sofa bed; and main bedroom with king size bed and bath. Downstairs, bedroom suite with a queen size bed, kitchenette & bath & another direct access to small patio.

The living room has a sectional sofa, chair with ottoman, a TV and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen upstairs has a gas stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. it is fully equipped and has a coffee maker, Nespresso and Sodamaker. In the kitchen area, there is a counter high table with 6 chairs for indoor dining. The main bedroom upstairs has a king size bed with memory foam mattress, dresser, closet, and blackout shades. The main bathroom has a 3x6 glass enclosed shower, and boutique bath products. The office area, between the kitchen and the bedrooms suite, has a large desk and a pull out sofa that sleeps two.

The lower level bedroom studio suite is equipped with a queen size bed with a brand new Casper memory foam mattress and pillows, and blackout shades. The bathroom has a glass shower and sustainably sourced bath products. The kitchenette offers a sink, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Smart TVs and Sonos music system available.

The upstairs opens to a large wood deck and a brick patio. There are a lot of trees that offer plenty of shade. The outdoor furniture is arranged in two groupings: a lounge area with a sectional and chaise, and another area with a dining table with 8 chairs. Perfect space to enjoy the outdoors all day long. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach on hot summer days.

Unique Luxury Gem

The pictures don't do it justice! Open, unique, luxurious, and comfortable spaces. It's an easy walk to attractions, a short drive to the supermarket. Stay in, go out - this place accommodates it all. The kitchen was perfect for the two of us and can easily handle a small family or some friends. The sleeping arrangements were super comfy. We stayed in the off-season - a small fire at night, huge windows and a ton of light during the day! We absolutely loved our stay and Anil was the best. Definitely recommend and we will be staying again!

a fantastic oasis for your P-Town trip!

This is a very charming two bedroom unit. The two bedrooms are on different floors and each has its own bathroom, which makes it great for a group of friends while also offering some privacy. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. It's a very short walk to a great restaurant in town (Victor's) and an easy location to get to the beaches as well as down to Commercial Street. The hosts were fantastic - quick and easy communication! All in all, it was a great stay and I would definitely return. I'd strongly recommend this unit for a P-Town trip!

Beautiful

We had a great stay. Anil was very helpful and accommodating. Very easy to talk to. We didn’t have any issues. The rental was close to center. We are older and found it easier to drive into the center. It was 3 to 5 minute drive . We were off season so parking was free. It is a beautiful , clean and thoughtfully decorated. We would rent it again.
