Hyatt Regency-Warwick was a convenient property to stay while we were moving our daughter into Johnson & Wales University. Both Target and Walmart were nearby and the Providence Place Mall was on 15 minutes away. Also, Hyatt was very cooperative with accepting parcels from Amazon, USPS, UPS, etc.

I booked a room with 2 queens beds and When I got there they gave me a room with just 1 king bed. Also though it said breakfast was free on expedia..hotel said it was $8 a person. When I asked the lady at the front desk the next day,she said breakfast was free I am not sure why there was so much miscommunication.

Great hotel and amenities. Nice pool and excellent breakfast options. The room was big and comfortable. We had a refrigerator, desk, large bathroom, and pullout couch in addition to two queen beds. The only downside—the carpet felt damp and there was a smell that kept coming and going. We couldn’t figure out where it came from or what it was. We only stayed where we were because it was infrequent.

Staff was super friendly and the breakfast options exceeded expectations. The hotel is conveniently located to the Providence airport and easily walkable. Good restaurant nearby and room was comfortable.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were just a couple of things: There were long hairs on our clean bedding upon arrival. The food area could use a wipe down every so often and the pot lids for the food were extremely heavy to lift; Just thinking if it were an older person trying to serve themselves, they would probably have difficulty.
