The front desk was great especially Paul. The rooms were great. The pool was freezing cold to the point we really couldn't swim and unfortunately for us that was one of the reasons we chose Hyatt instead of an Air BNB.

A Good Stay in RI

Very enjoyable. But: I did not get a receipt emailed to me, as promised. And there was no microwave oven in the room, though you can request one, or use a communal one near the dining area. The $8.00 breakfast was worth the price, but I have seen better. Overall, a good stay. The location was very advantageous for me.

Nice property, breakfast buffet could have been a little better. Powdered eggs? Really? Facility very convenient to airport and the interstate.

This hotel offers good value for the price. The staff is polite and attentive. The well-kept flowers outside create a pleasant ambiance. There is also convenient parking available on-site. Overall, it's a solid choice for your stay.
