Really nice facility and well maintained. The staff was very congenial and helpful, even with several large group events going on. The food was unexpectedly delicious for ‘hotel’ food and the bartenders in the lounge were also great mixologists! Thank you, Crown Plaza staff!

It could have been better
Hotel Location was perfect for our trip. The room was nice. We needed the air conditioning unit to work better. Our shower handle broke off. We did not get any Cleaning to our room. The blankets on the bed were not heavy enough.

I booked an accessible room for my mother who has a cane and a walker. I didn't know this meant that our closet only had a low rack for hanging, we went for a wedding and all of our dresses and suit had to be laid out on the desk. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or cloths. The shower was great for her, the seat was big but she has an issue with her feet and the floor got extremely wet from the shower and halfway across the room. We had to put down 3 towels so she wouldn't slip.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff, huge parking lot, clean and attractive grounds, easy access to highways, and on-site restaurant, lounge, snack shop and indoor pool. The guest rooms are clean but are showing some wear and tear, and need to be updated. Overall a good experience.
