This spacious 2,850 square foot four bedroom Heavenly Arch "hKa Piʻo Lani" House has three Master en suite bedrooms (King & Queens) each with their private lanais, own private bathrooms accessible from their respective adjoining bedrooms. (one on ground floor, two upstairs). The 4th spacious bedroom on the 2nd floor has two large 2 bunkbeds (one has a full size bottom bunk.).

The home is furnished with a built-in refrigerator, new gas cook top, new Bosch oven, new microwave, new dishwasher, new plush carpets, travertine marble & exotic hardwood floors and a six burner outdoor gourmet kitchen gas BBQ.

We have added powerful, yet quiet, separate remote controlled ductless Air Conditioning units in every bedroom including the downstairs great common room/kitchen. The entire house quickly cools down.

The 14 ceiling fans found throughout the house including the outdoor lanais compliment the home's modern layout. The refreshing ocean trade winds flow through the home with the built in privacy slats that retain its tropical design for comfort in the most natural way on this cooler part of the island.

The many palms, tangerine and coconut trees combined with the plethora tropical flowers like hibiscus, orchids and plumerias decorate the beautiful grounds. A large back yard grass area is available for day time fun. At night relax under the amazing blanket of island stars listening to the waves crash against the bluffs above Queen's Bath. A wonderful way to wind down.

We have a 50 inch wide screen SMART HDTV, Cable & local tv stations, many streaming options, over 40 DVDs, a library of books and many games appropriate for all ages for your enjoyment.

Free High Speed internet 400+Mbs Wi-Fi. A private workstation area with desk and chair can be found on the second floor.

Four Mountain bikes, 6 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and even a collapsible sand wagon (to haul your gear), other Fun in the Sun gear (sand toys) are there for you to borrow. One can also find snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and assorted water shoes.

We have recently added solar panels on the roof to make your stay even more ECO friendly.

In addition to Princeville's many beautiful beaches, the world famous Hanalei Bay is only around the bend heading towards the Napali Coast and must see Kee' Beach.

Golf: The literally across the street Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Ocean Makai course! is rated in the Top 100 Greatest Public Golf Courses in America, by Golf Digest. Also within the Top 3 Best Courses You Can Play in Hawaii by Golf Week and named to the list of Top 5 Great Golf Settings in the world by National Geographic Traveler.

The Makai club also has tennis/ pickle ball courts, a bar & grill, fitness center, swim facility and the also a world class Makua 18 hole disc course. All within a few minutes walk.

best part of the island
We had a great 21 day stay in this Princeville VRBO. This was our first time to this island. We were happy we chose the north side - very lush and many beautiful beaches with only a few people on them (in December with big waves). The house had everything we needed, and is located in a nice neighborhood. We appreciated the owner's many suggestions for things to do and see.

Well supplied house in Paradise
As a multi-generation family, celebrating a milestone birthday, this house was almost perfect! The owner was in contact with us about our concerns and was very helpful regarding missing supplies and entrance lock issues. Our only complaint was that we had to travel by car to the beach. (A car is necessary to see most of Kauai; a boat or helicopter to see the Napali Coast!) We highly recommend Captain Andy's Sunset Catamaran dinner cruise, the highlight of our trip for everyone, ages 3, 5, 9, 13 and adults to 78! Plan on spending more than you thought you would, knowing most of the experiences are worth the $$$.

Our stay in Princeville was fantastic. The house is in a beautiful location- close to activities, beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. The house is STOCKED with all of the beach supplies a family could need, including chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment, sand toys, a cooler, and even a wagon to haul everything. The layout of the house was perfect for two families. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Wonderful family home!
We stayed with our children and grandchildren at this beautiful home. The indoor and outdoor kitchens were well set up, and we made many family dinners and were able to eat indoors and outdoors. The home is roomy and very comfortable. The outdoor beach toys and wagon were used daily by our grandsons, and we loved having the beach chairs and towels available at the house for our daily beach trips. Just a beautiful home in a magical place. Scott was great with returning my messages and sent lots of good information that helped us plan our trip. One of our very best family trips. Would absolutely rebook this house!

Celebrating a 21st birthday
Our whole family plus the 21 year old’s boyfriend came! We had a fantastic stay (with the exception of an Airgas truck driver coming over on us!) Even with the accident, we were able to make some great memories! I have to mention how wonderful Scott was during the entire stay. We would definitely love to come again!

Beautiful Home
My brother and I took our parents to Kauai for their 50th wedding anniversary and this house was perfect for our needs! I loved that each bedroom basically had its own bathroom. The AC downstairs was very powerful and made coming in from the outside, delightful. This house was in a great neighborhood and very convenient to get to from all the local shopping. We hope to come back and stay here one of these days again. I would definitely recommend.

The location of this house is very good! The golf course and trail leading to the Queen’s Bath are within walking distance and the grocery is nearby. There are also some great restaurants and food trucks that you can enjoy! We liked the air conditioning in the downstairs living area and master. Upstairs gets a little warm but cools off after sunset nicely. Beds are comfy! Bring your own soap! Thanks for a good place to stay!

Loved our stay! Scott was so thorough in prepping us for things to do nearby that made our trip easier. The chocolate farm he recommended was amazing. All the extra ocean toys was super helpful as there are so many beaches to chose from on the north shore.

Fun stay in Princeville
Our group of 10 (3 families with 6 adults, 3 teens & 1 tween) had a fun stay in Princeville. The location of the house couldn’t be better! We enjoyed walking to Queens Bath, riding bikes to soak up the sunset and strolling in the beautiful neighborhood. The location was great for our daily adventures to different parts of the island. The house was spacious & worked well for our large group. The available beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas were such a bonus for us. Scott’s communication was great after some initial miscommunication during the reservation process. He called us directly & apologized for the issue. He provided tips for restaurants and activities, which we found helpful. Our only suggestion would be in how the home is advertised. The home can accommodate 10 guests, however Scott prefers to keep the guest count at 8 and charges extra fees ($95 per person, per night) for the 9th & 10th guests. This information is listed on the VRBO site, however it wasn’t super easy to find. Our suggestion would be to clarify this information in an easily accessible location on the page for guests. Check in and check out were easy. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Upon arrival we noticed the floors had not been cleaned in quite sometime. However, we made a quick call to the lady who cleans and she came over the following day and it was much better!!! Scott, the owner, was awesome to deal with! We needed a later checkout due to a red eye flight and he accommodated us. He gave recommendations of great places to eat and things to do/see. It was a great and spacious house that gave our family (9) plenty of space. The bikes and all the beach gear were used nonstop! The Outdoor shower was nice to wash off all the sand from being at the beach all day. Quiet neighborhood, close to some awesome views. We would totally stay here again!!

Great house for family
My family stayed at this property in Princeville 7 days. We absolutely loved this fantastic house ! We had 10 adults and the house was specious and very comfortable for our whole family. There were lots of kitchen tools, dishes, towels and snorkel equipments even bikes. The location was perfect and convenient with very quiet neighbors. The owner Scott was super friendly and easy to communicate. All family members really enjoyed this house and area. Thank you for wonderful stay !!
