Pleasant Stay at the Plaza

It was a short stay but a pleasant one. We always love Crowne Plaza and this one did not disappoint. Very nice looking ambience, amenities and breakfast. People at the reception were pleasant, friendly and very courteous. Enjoyed playing the pool table after many years. The seating outside the front entrance gave us a few minutes to sit and relax outside in the evening. Enjoyed everything, thanks

My trip was for work. I like staying at this hotel for convenience of being close to where i had to work. The hotel is nice, but could use a few changes. Could use a little updating and the coffee area needs to be maintained a little better.

Terrible hotel, I thought was going to be one of my best hotel experiences in this bussines Trip for the east coast, but was the worst one. Very old, bathroom with pending repairs, walls coming a part, cracked, carpet dirty… my worst experience ever

The restaurant and bar was woefully understaffed. The wonderful bar tender had a lot on his hands and worked hard even though only a few drinkers and diners were in the bar and lounge area.

All good.

It was fine. It felt a bit cavernous since it was built to host those massive conferences that don’t occur anymore, but it’s hard to make those spaces feel cozy. Room was fine, had the basics, bed was comfy, it felt clean. Like many, the hotel could use an update. Freshening up the elevators & hall carpeting would help make a better first impression. Didn’t visit the pool area or restaurant.

Most liminal hotel in New Jersey.

If you like liminal spaces, you will love this hotel. I wish I had stayed there for weeks. I felt the Red Aesthetic intensely and only wish I had more time to explore than the one incredible night I stayed there.
