This hotel is NOT pet friendly. They allow pets to stay here for a fee but please note: Pets are allowed only to do their business in a DIRT lot that is accessed by walking thru a dirt parking lot north of the pool. This pet area is not well-lit,the path there is not lit at all that I could see, and not fenced, not close or convenient, and not safe; this area adjacent to Yavapai Hills has a high presence of coyote and javalina. I have limited mobility and to be told I have to walk my small dog thru a dirt parking lot to a dirt area is unacceptable. Dogs are not allowed on the grass or other common areas. This is not pet friendly, this is collecting an added fee for no valid reason. The door to my first floor balcony did not lock, the bathroom floor was NOT cleaned; for the cost of the pet fee surely the floor could have been mopped at some point. The chairs in the room were SO stained they aren't fit for anyone to sit in. The apparent water damage in the ceiling and walls is evidenced by drywall repair and bulging tape seams. My room, as I learned all pet rooms are, was right on the main highway thru Prescott, and the roar of traffic all night made sleep impossible. I can't convey my disappointment enough.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful the property partially has been updated the bathrooms the showers. But they stopped in the bedrooms the mattresses are terrible the traffic noise is not good very loud. The outdoor amenities are very nice.

The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. I liked that the room had a balcony and that you could sit outside and get some fresh air from your room. The breakfast was also very good. The location was great as well. The only downside was the air-conditioning in the room. It was pretty warm while we were there, and the wall unit had a hard time keeping our room cool and the unit was pretty noisy.
