Very nice hotel - staff friendly and very helpful. The rooms were small but clean. The restaurant was excellent, especially with dining options. The gym was nice, even if equipment was a little outdates. The hotel is well located and within easy access of everything. I recommend it!

This was the perfect hotel for our visit. Typically we would drive to our destination, but EU car rental companies do not allow vehicles to travel to the Czech Republic. We took a train instead and used Uber to get around Prague. This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms had lots of room to relax when needed. The hotel responded positively to a pre-visit email asking for an accommodation and it was happily provided. Loved this hotel! They also had breakfast and dinner options right at the hotel. There are eateries close by and a small grocery store just around the corner.

Our stay at the Hermitage was lovely. The room was perfect for two people, and we had a very nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was unbelievable and is highly recommended. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was equally unbelievable and we enjoyed coffee and drinks at the bar as well. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, easily accessible by public transportation and walking. The staff at the hotel was beyond kind.

Staff are absolutely lovely - very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are well-sized and incredibly clean with enough space to unpack a suitcase and hangers and wardrobe space too. Bathroom is spacious with a lovely big shower! Breakfast options were fab - so much variety and continually stocked throughout the morning. We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the burger is delicious! Absolutely would recommend a stay at the Hermitage :) Bonus points for the supermarket next door and being right between two public transport stations (4 min walk) that get you across the city to see the sights!

It was one of the best hotel stay’s in the EU! The description and images do not justice to the quality of the hotel property and its amazing upkeep. The staff were professional and courteous. Food was excellent and the location is amazing for all categories of travel!
