Hotel was pleasant but the room was not worth the price I paid. When you see plastic chairs in the room it’s very off putting. In summary, I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels in the same area which provided rooms which were just as comfortable. I’d definitely recommend seeking a lower priced alternative.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff very friendly and buffet breakfast was very good. This should have been an excellent stay except for one major disappointment, the room. When you look online and see the picture of the rooms you have an expectation but for us the reality was completely different. We were put on the 5th floor, though really the 6th due to extra stairs. The room was an attic room with a sloping ceiling for most of the room. I am over 6 feet so this was an obvious danger. As we were only staying a few days and hotel was busy we didn't ask for move but would advise any future visitors to be aware of the 5th floor rooms.

Wonderful hotel situated in a convenient location, walking distance to all tourist attractions, supermarkets & restaurants within 2 minute walk. Main shopping area around 10 minutes walk away. Very friendly staff, couldn't do enough for us, even gave us an umbrella to use in the rain! Breakfast was amazing, so much choice to cater for all nationalities, also prosecco which went down well! Coffee & tea making facilities in the room, complimentary toiletries, slippers and bath robes. Bar & lounge area very relaxing, lovely ambience. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A gem of a hotel, ideally positioned for a maximum 15 minute walk to any local attraction. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, probably the best I’ve ever come across on my travels especially considering what we paid for our break. Would highly recommend this place

A really good hotel,with everything you need for a great holiday.It is situated in a good spot for walking to different parts of Prague.The free breakfast was ok,juices are very watered down.Overall a very pleasurable stay.

Pro: The hotel is in a very good location for moving around the town and tourist areas. The bar area is good, the breakfast is average, but varied. The hotel is generally quite clean. Con: Room a bit small, not enough clothes storage. BIG con. if you are an English speaker the lump of plastic on the wall called a TV is useless to you. Not a single English speaking channel.

Stayed for 5 nights and room only cleaned once! Had to ask for it to be cleaned again. Left towels on the base of the shower for changing and they were just hung up to use again. No British channels on tv. Was told a technician might be able to download a couple: this took 4 requests over 2 days and channels weren’t worth watching. Breakfast wasn’t great and when leaving the table to get another drink or bite to eat, table was cleared on each occasion. Only reception staff spoke a little English. Would definitely not stay here again or recommend to others. There are so many other hotels in Prague and would hope they’d provide better service.

Stayed for a long weekend at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was clean and very well maintained. It was central to almost everything we visited and all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning.

Beds were comfortable, rooms had everything you needed. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast choice was phenomenal and food was of excellent quality. Nice touch having a welcome glass of Prosecco or beer, on arrival . Really loved being able to check into room much earlier than expected! Great location, could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. A little gem!

We loved staying at this Hotel. The Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom a good size and they had the best Breakfast we have ever had while traveling. They also, furnish a large water daily. Room had a refrigerator. Nice restaurant within 1 minute walk.
