Parking at hotel garage is nit a good option, expensive and you have to reserve in advance: staff recommended parking in streets but that is almost impossibly uo find a spot; ended up using ParkIt garage (simple to reserve spot online)

Great Stay! Highly Recommend!
We had a great time at this hotel. The food was delicious, and everything was very clean. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even gave us some nice freebies because it was one of our birthdays – such a sweet surprise! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its great service, location, and food.

Over the stay was comfortable. The hotel certainly isn’t a 5 star, a 3 star by any other standards. The double rooms are ok, two single beds pushed together is always a disappointment. We stayed on the 4 floor which was unusually set out with a set of stairs up to the room. The breakfast was pretty good, a large variety of dishes, hit, cold, sweet plus Prosecco if you wished to. Over all an average stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were always helpful and attentive. Atmosphere was relaxed. Hotel is situated within walking distance to local amenities and many of the local attractions.

This hotel has excellent access to all the city's tourist attractions, and during our entire stay, we didn't need to use public transportation. There are many shopping centers around the hotel, and despite its central location, we were not disturbed by noise or crowds. The breakfast is very comprehensive and of high quality, and the hotel staff are very polite and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel, and considering the reasonable price, we will definitely stay here again if we return to Prague.

The hotel allows smoking. I have never smoked in my life and my room smelled horrible of cigarettes. I complained about this problem and they gave me another room with a smaller bathroom and it still smelled of cigarettes. In my opinion they should be more careful with smoking and non-smoking rooms. I told them that Expedia VIPs can ask for an upgrade and they gave me a smaller room. Instead of upgraded.That was the only thing wrong
