A decent place with friendly staff. It was clean and comfortable but lacking some maintenance. Bathroom faucet leaked onto the countertop, drapes wouldn’t draw shut, outlet by the bed didn’t work, and no bathroom exhaust fan. The ocean was beautiful though!

For the off season, it’s really a great spot. Having a balcony facing the ocean is so choice. Walking across the street to the beach and plunging in the ocean each morning? Awesome. The rooms are on the big size, the beds adequate. The lobby is well staffed, and there coffee each morning. I think the only drawback for me was the early morning hall noise, but that may have been bad luck with a neighbor. I’d definitely recommend this hotel relative to price and experience. It was an excellent stay.

Beach weekend getaway
Weekend at the beach. Hotel check in easy and fast and clerk was very helpful about local restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable and roomy with an upholstered chair and footrest. Side view of beach with small balcony on western side was perfect for reading outside in October on a gorgeous weekend. Hampton Beach is always great to visit even in off season. Special dinner Saturday night at The Old Salt restaurant in Lamie’s Inn. Excellent food and service. Perfect weekend getaway.

Loved the fact the beach was directly across the street. Fantastic location. Parking is tight but enough spots for everyone. Front staff are really friendly and the cafe attached wasnt a bad breakfast for bagel breakfast sandwiches. The coffee in the lobby was excellent and a nice change. The bed was amazingly comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony even though we had partial ocean view it was still nice. We will definitely be back! October was an excellent time to go

Clean room with a beautiful view
We had an ocean view room with double beds on the 3rd floor. Front desk staff was very polite and welcoming. The room and bathroom were clean, beds were comfy and the view of the beach from the balcony was absolutely spectacular! Our balcony had two chairs and a small side table. I was able to park directly across the street from the hotel which was a plus. I was able to see my car parked from the room. 100% recommend and will be back again! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We asked to have two towels replaced, a wash cloth and a hand towel. We got a one bath towel. No tissues in our room. No hair dryer in the rooms. Had to call the front desk for one. The top sheet on the bed was so thin and small for a King Bed it should have been thrown out. When we checked out the gentleman behind the counter NEVER asked how our stay was. Location was good thou. Parking was good. The clerk at the front desk was friendly when we checked in. Overall I think the Hotel needs some renovations. We will not stay there again.

Pros: Greeted warmly by front desk staff. Access to coffee/tea/hot cocoa in front lobby 24 hours a day. Room good size and clean. Bathroom average size for hotel room. Side viewing balcony to sit out on. Was able to view fireworks on Labor Day evening from balcony. Beach right across from Hotel. Good amount of free parking at site. Small elevator available as well as stairs. Cons: Room & bathroom needed updating. Water stain on ceiling. No landline in room for emergencies. No in-house restaurant but plenty of options to chose from on boulevard. Wall hooks on wall but picture/mirror missing.
