Very close to pier. Great location. The only downside was they advertise heated pool. It was freezing. Apparently I was told by one of the workers the heater broke and they are not fixing it because its the end of the season. I complained to the front desk and she sent me to their other location because apparently their pool is heated to 89. Both pools were freezing.

Old orchard beach stay

Location location location, super close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Parking lot is small and a challenge to park near our room. Would stay again.

Near the beach

Room was nice and spacious but close to train track and there are trains at all hours. Bed was comfortable water hot in shower and had full kitchen which we didn’t use. The stairs are very steep to 2nd floor and should be used carefully. Carpet upstairs hasn’t been cleaned since before covid It is very close to beach so easy to walk around all the tourist areas

Great location, walkable to the shops, food and the beach. It was so nice to park and not have to drive anywhere else unless you wanted to. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious for our group. It had everything we needed to cook and a regular sized fridge. Would definitely stay again.

The rug was filthy. Dust on the hair dryer holder and hair dryer didnt work. Dust on the headboards. The desk agent came and took pictures of the floor but didnt offer a solution, either a dicount or to move us to a cleaner room.#$180+ fie a dirty room not very good

Property is adjacent to Amtrak rail service. Multiple trains throughout the night. Very noisy. Room was dirty with no mattress covers. Stay away!

It was okay. Definitely difficult to find parking. Very crowded. Lamp at bed didn't work, outlet dead. Inconvenient not to have a bedside lamp. Bathroom door squeaked very loudly. (Not great when trying not to wake roommate.) Seems like just a bit of WD40 would fix it. Otherwise our stay was acceptable.
