Don’t waste your money
This is the most garbage place to stay in my entire life experience, choose the hotel because of the name brand of quality inn but totally disappointed, I don’t advice anyone to waste there money, the rooms are dirty, bad smell, beds are not comfortable, quality inn franchise people needs to visit and perform inspection.

The room overall was average, the breakfast was fairly gross. The staff was very rude and almost bothered that we were checking in (at around 5:30 pm). It was a very mediocre at best experience. Would not stay again because I felt very unwelcome.

Great option for the cost
Clean and comfortable. Staff very nice and accommodating. Parking ample and available. Breakfast. Minimal. Most often toast and biscuits or bagel. One day scrambled eggs. Never any kind of protein. I would suggest considering. All in all a nice stay

This hotel is dirty the whole place smells of strong cleaner and not a good kind. Our room has cheap laminate floors that were sticky, there was a rope hanging from the curtain rod, shower curtain was moldy, air filters dirty We should have left after we checked in.

Continental Breakfast was fine. However the bathroom needs serious upgrading - old dirty and scuffed tub and large water stain on wall with crumbling wallboard.sink had no lever on left hot water tap. Storage area next to room looked unkept.Room appeared old and in need of updating. Check in was very slow!

I needed an inexpensive room for the night and for the money this place was great. I was going to give this feedback to a staff member, but there was not around when I was leaving. My room which was fine except for two things: the clock had not been set back for Time change. My in room, coffee pot not only had a leftover coffee filter in it, it didn't work.

Extremely dirty. Bathtub was beyond filthy and black. Lock didn’t even work, pull out couch was all stained and nasty. Dirt all over the floor. Asked to switch room which thy did but was only a marginal improvement. Never ever again will I stay here.

Bad policies and practices
I am a pet owner and know when I'm not at home in my own yard to bring bags to clean up after my dog. I had someone approached me to tell me to take my dog out back cause they know I won't clean it up. I told them I was planning on cleaning up after my dog. My dog finished and I left to get breakfast and I was told I cannot bring my food to my room while guess complaining about me having a service animal in the eating area. Then on the morning of our departure they let me have breakfast in my room. Also our shower was filthy still had someone else hair all over it and the shower curtain had boogies on them and
