Place is outdated . Trash outside along paremeter but when you pay good money for a room you hope to at least have the tv work . Neither the tv nor the remote worked at all and staff had no idea how to fix.

The beds were comfortable. Candy wrappers had been left in a drawer and no soap was in the room. The breakfast staff was very pleasant.

The frontdesk staff spoke less than 10 words to us. No customer service. The room smelled of marijuana. Room was large and comfortable. Good breakfast and large libby.

My wife accidentally left her cell phone in the room we were staying in when we checked out. She did not notice it missing until at the airport. Called the manager on duty at the hotel and he found the phone in the room and even expressed mail it to my wife. She received it just a few days later. Thank you Austin.

Probably one of the worst Hampton’s we’ve ever stayed in. Hotel is in terrible shape. We asked for towels at night and were told they had none. Pillows were small and bedding not up to Hampton standards. Blanket was dirty. Door to the bathroom sticks really hard to the ground and is loud opening. Fridge was off and smelled. Wallpaper falling off the walls. Just in general in terrible shape and services from the personnel were extremely lacking.

I have been a Hilton diamond member for years because typically you can be assured you’re getting at least a certain standard in quality and cleanliness. This was far from the case here. The facility is falling apart and both rooms had trash/dirt on the floor. I am honestly disgusted that Hilton allowed a property owner to have a facility like this. I feel like I would have been better off taking the kids to the motel 6 for half the money. I would like to note that the staff here was very kind and apologetic. The problem clearly is not them it is the owners.

The hotel was disgusting. Mold in bathroom, overflowing trash cans. Trash all o er the ground at the entrance to the hotel. Pealing wallpaper and broken closet doors. Nothing to eat for breakfast. Door keys that don’t work and an outrageous price per room.
