This hotel is more like motel type. The rooms don’t even have screens on the windows. The staff is not trained and unfriendly. I saw cockroach at the entrance. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great for the value, but could have cleaned the floors and the shower better, as well as the lobby restrooms. Otherwise, breakfast was good and the front lobby staff was very helpful.

NEVER STAY AT A WYNDHAM PROPERTY AGAIN

Could not check in early - so fell asleep outside of the hotel next to the freeway - I was on a red eye flight. Could not accomodate. No shuttle to the airport - had to ask other guests to suggest other cheaper modes to get to the airport. Very disorganized front service staff - new and in training. All of my questions could not be handled or did not know. WILL NOT EVER STAY AT A WYNDHAM PROPERTY AGAIN!

I asked for a late checkout the night before the beach to beacon and told it would be ok. I then went in early on Sat. Morning telling the night auditor the race was being started an hour later due to the weather. I ask if we could have a late 1pm checkout due to the later start. She was very friendly and said it wouldn’t be a problem. I went to the race. Meanwhile my wife was ask to leave by 10am. They left and came by and made her leave by 12pm. I think the staff could handle the situation a little more professional.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. We found mold in the bathroom shower. Very noisy area. We can hear the cars and motorbikes from the streets. We can hear people walking and talking from the hall and through the wall. We only stayed for one night but I got woken up couple of times during the night because of the noises.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and how close it is to the airport. Shuttle to the airport was nice. Didn't like the dog in the breakfast area. Loved the area that they had and the breakfast and the assortment of food choices. All and all I nice day spent there.
