Only two pillows,ask for one more and front desk said they have no more. Very loud refrigerator and A/C. Had to unplug the ref and just turned off the A/C. Had a ceiling fan on. I guess you pay for what you get.

Only wish they had caffeinated coffee. Otherwise it was great. Its an older property with character and had a few wild cats/kittens so I knew it was a safe place. BTW wild cats = no rats

The room had an updated bathroom, with marble counter, undermounted sink, and large walk in shower. New laminate plank floor. Needs updated air conditioner. It was very loud, cycled on and off. When it was on, it was cold. When it was off, it was hot. Fairly new mattress that was very firm.

My wife and I both enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer worked...though they are old, and a bit rusted. One of the dryers really requires close attention on closing the front door. I mentioned to the day manager, upon checkout, that they should have their guy with the leaf blower pay attention to making sure the rubber door entry mats are clean, as that is the first thing you associate with your room.

A basic property but certainly clean and safe. Would return if I'm in porteville. Staff super helpful. Great job gentleman at front desk. The one thing I would say is porterville is small so getting a taxi or Uber or Lyft will be tough and or expensive. Be prepared.
