Rip's Reef is a gorgeous Gulf view home located in the beautiful Silent Sands Community on Cape San Blas.


Rip's Reef has a great layout for your family vacation! 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and private pool. There's not much more one could wish for!


When you come through on the first floor you are greeted with a large entry and separate laundry room that includes a extra full refrigerator for all the extras and easy access to grab your favorite drink while enjoying the pool!


The second floor boasts 3 beautiful bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king, the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle that pulls out and a smart TV. The third bedroom is a king suite with a private bath with a beautiful tiled shower and a private deck overlooking the Gulf and pool.


The third floor is a large open concept dining, kitchen and living room. The gourmet equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, both Keurig and regular coffee maker and everything everyone one would need while on vacation



The large dining room table can sit 10 with additional outdoor seating for 6 on the spacious screened deck.


Each bedroom room has a TV and the living room has a 50-inch smart TV, with Bluetooth surround sound throughout this level. The half bath is also located on this level.


The fourth bedroom is located around the corner from the kitchen, this king master suite also has a beautiful tiled shower and is beautifully decorated.


The home is equipped with a booster seat, pack and play, and a child's step stool.


Outside you will find a great hot/cold shower, BBQ grill, pool chairs and picnic table to enjoy around the beautiful pool deck. Rip's Reef also has a large area for either parking a boat or RV!


With just a short walk to the beach Rip's Reef has everything you need for a great vacation!


Rip's Reef is a non smoking unit, and is pet friendly for an additional fee. (dogs only please) Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office.


Please note: This home rents for full weeks during peak season and Holiday weeks, Saturday to Saturday. 


THIS UNIT IS VAILABLE FOR MONTHLY RENTAL - JANUARY AND FEBRUARY.
PLEASE INQUIRE FOR MONTHLY RATE.

Pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $100 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.

Excellent Beach Vacation
Great house, exactly as advertised. Very close to an amazing beach. House and pool were perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. First time to Cape San Blas and we'll definitely be back. Very relaxing trip and home had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable home with incredible views of the sunrise and sunset. Thank you!

A nice place to stay on the cape
We enjoyed Rips Reef! The house was nice! Multiple king sized beds and a nice master suite. Was also nice to have a guest bathroom on the main floor. The beach access was easy and not too far of a walk but the beach itself wasn’t the best spot on the cape. It has many dead trees in the surf area so you kind of have to go a bit down the beach if you want a clear spot of sand/water. The “trees” are not tall but they protrude from the water and would make wading in the water pretty uncomfortable. The house was comfortable and we buoyed the screened porch off the main floor!

We were beyond happy with our accommodations at Rips Reef. Very Clean, lots of seating and well stocked with everything you could imagine. The Kitchen lacked for nothing and was well organized. We had a 16 month old and had access to baby gates, pack-n-play and eating utensils. The pool had floats, noodles and toys available. We loved having the option of a large screened and unscreened porch. The only thing is we were a bit further from the beach than what I gathered from the pictures. But still was def not a deal-breaker. We would 100% book again. Thank you Coastline Rentals for being very accommodating when we needed to change our weeks because of work!

Had a wonderful stay! Our entire family (including twin toddlers) enjoyed the perfect location , well stocked kitchen and pool! Layout was great for us and the paved road that goes almost to the boardwalk is a nice perk for wagons / carts to the beach!

Excellent Stay at Rips Reef
This property is very nice and super clean. My family is very picky when it comes to cleanliness and we had no complaints worth mentioning for a beach property. The kitchen was stocked and organized very well making it easy to locate anything you needed. The beach decor throughout the property is so tastefully done and the location is a very short walk to the beach as described. My only suggestion would be to update the description regarding the items available to use on the beach. The wagon would not roll, the umbrella was broken and there where no beach chairs to use as described. Not a major deal however would have been convenient to have. The few issues that we had, management staff was very quick to respond and provided a quick resolution. We would definitley stay at this property again. Very enjoyable vacation.

I was charged $300.90 for having the pool heated in October!! I feel like I was taken advantage of. They also didn't answer messages on verbo nor did they answer the phone, but if you leave a message with what you were calling about it gets done.. other than that and like many said before me, this is a 5 star place and the one you definitely wanna stay at!! I just can't get over $300.90 for pool heating in October hence 3 star review..

Good location to beach
This property is very clean and we had no real serious issues. The only complaints are the internet is very slow, and the daytime noise level is very high when at the pool. Lots of street noise and construction or home upkeep noises as the area is still rebuilding after hurricane damage. Walk to beach is short and there are enough stores right on the cape that you don’t really need to go anywhere else!

Really great home, super close to beach. The VRBO ad is spot on, except better. Beds great, place well organized. Everything is there. Well stocked. We cooked in every meal. The beach here is heaven. Really great place. Will visit again.

We enjoyed staying at Rip's Reef. Even though we had to cut our trip short it was a very nice trip. I would definitely stay there again. It was only a short walk to the beach and my grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

Fabulous Vacation Getaway
This property is all that it promises. View from the top deck is priceless. You can see and hear the waves. The house had easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. It was also nice to have baby gates, booster chair and playpen. Pool was nice and relaxing after a long day at the beach. The house was also well equipped with beach chairs and wagon. We rented bikes and what a great way to start the day riding along the bike path right outside the door. We will be back because this was one of our favorites and we come to Cape San Blas every year for our family vacation.
