We were suprised to find some things didn't work. Master Bathroom fan, Pool l
pool light, Fireplace in Tiki hut... We were told that they couldn't be fixed, though my husband fixed the fireplace. The local contact was excellent and responsive. For the major problem the owners were prompt and considerate (sewer line broke and required plumbing replacement), but owner did fix the light/fan over the kitchen table when they came to fix the plumbing. This was also when we found out we could use the front door, as the instructions indicated to use side door for entry. Some expected items weren't there (like food storage containers, hangars, bath mats). Need some kind of written instuctions for the house; like, a house cleaning during our long stay; if recycling is available (it is); how to use the fans (electric in house is confusing). In the past we have gotten a little folder that gave pointed out any unusual things about the house. We recommend people bring their own streaming devices for the TVs.

Great Stay
This property is amazing and comfortable. Does need a couple of updates specifically to the laundry room as walking in is a little disheartening, new beach chairs and an umbrella would also be great. And some lights need to be installed or fixed. The property manager is a sweetheart and is super helpful if you ask questions. Over all it’s a really comfortable home we’d absolutely stay in again!

Nice Quiet Getaway
The location is peaceful and quiet, tucked away in the southeast corner of an older development neighborhood in St. Lucie. One side of the property borders a state park and the back is bordered by a small tributary of the St. Lucie River. This is perhaps the nicest feature of the property, with a nice waterfront feeling. The high population density of the neighborhood results in a fair amount of daytime landscaping and construction noise, but not overly intrusive. In the evening while sitting outside, one can faintly hear the revving engines of the street racing on the not-too-distant Rt. 1 to the southeast. The house itself is slightly dated and a little rough around the edges with "that lived in look". But it is quite clean, and I enjoyed it nonetheless. Overall a very good experience. My thanks to the property managers.

The pool and river area were really nice. We enjoyed the back yard area but the house needs several updates. The master bathroom has no counter space and needs an update. The house needs some carpet and rugs. The tile floors were not cleaned very well and our little one had black feet if he wasn't wearing his shoes. The neighborhood was ok. The property is at the end of the street next to a preserve so it is quiet. It isn't terrible but I wouldn't stay there again. I would like to stay that the contact i had for questions was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! she was polite, competent, helpful, and super nice. Extremely pleased with her.

A Perfect Getaway
This place was everything we were looking for and more! It was like every need we could have possibly had was anticipated and provided for. The pool/tiki hut was the perfect, peaceful spot for coffee and a good book each morning. Every night we had dinner with our family outside - more than enough space for everyone. We will definitely be booking again the next time we're in the area!

Well appointed and relaxing property!
We found this clean and well maintained home, spacious and accommodating. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances for us to cook anything that came to mind, while the backyard was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Will look to rent it again if we travel to these parts in the future!

We loved the home. We love going to new places and eating at local family owned restaurants. The pool area was awesome. I do recommend a couple upgrades in the home. The couch in living room needs replaced. There is a need for a highchair in the kitchen. I was very surprised that there was no cable in the bedroom areas.

The house is perfect! Very comfortable, clean, well equipped, quiet neighborhood. We had three generations under one roof, everyone loved the backyard with the pool, the great outdoor space and fishing off the dock. Could not have been happier.

Beautiful home, great location, wonderful amenities!
We had a total of 10 guests staying at this house towards the end of February. Our guests included four children, ages 9, 7, 4, and 2. The house fit us perfectly, and had everything we could have asked for and more! The house is located at the end of a dead end street, giving you privacy while still within minutes from your local gas stations, groceries, shopping, and the ocean! As far as amenities, the house was equipped with top of the line appliances, including the washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, etc. Inside the house, my only concern was that the house states it is kid friendly, however, there were many things we had to put up, (glasses and decorations), for the youngest one not to get into. As far as the outside... gorgeous! The pool kept our children entertained all week, morning into night! The setup next to the pool was very nice, and relaxing! There is also a large gas grill, which we were happy to use! The outdoor heater would not stay on, but not sure if that was user error, or an actual issue. It wasn't that cold, so it didn't bother us too much. The river is at the edge of the property, and we were worried about potential alligators, but that didn't stop the family from fishing! We caught quite the variety of species from the deck, including catfish, turtles, crabs, and tilapia! On the last day, we did see a baby alligator swimming in the water, he minded his business, and we minded ours. Overall, we loved this place, and I had a personal contact all week that checked in with me before we arrived, and responded to my random questions throughout the week! We loved it here, and you will too!
