The attractive dining table has generous seating arrangements. After an afternoon at the beach, use the private washer/dryer to knock out the family's laundry while you enjoy a nap on the main bedroom's bed. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. You can also research a new adventure or download an awesome playlist for a trip down to the shared hot tub and pool.
Fishing Galveston TX is only five-and-a-half miles west and ready to take you out to catch your daily limit of fish. You'll find Moody Gardens five miles east, with rainforest and aquarium pyramids, plus lots of other family-friendly exhibits and adventures the kids will love. Right next door, Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston boasts attractions like Wave Lagoon, Dragon Blaster, and Guada Loopy.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $90 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. Additional information will be provided in your confirmation email.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
