On the west side of Port Angeles, this fresh 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage has been remodeled. New furnishings and decor, it is a wonderful home base for experiencing all the Northwest has to offer.  It is a mere 20 minute drive to the Salt Creek Rec Area for wide sandy beaches, picnics, kayaking and tidepooling.  Also 30 minutes from Lake Crescent for waterfall trails and lake kayaking.

Inside, relax in the warm and inviting living area with new, comfy furniture, streaming TV entertainment, and free Wifi. Enjoy making meals in the beautiful, well equipped kitchen, complete with pots and pans, range, oven, microwave and fridge. The two bedrooms have one queen and one with a full. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo with all towels provided. Washer and dryer. The back yard is fully fenced, good sized lawn, large pear tree, plus a new gas grill and seating.

*This is a pet friendly property; please inquire with weight, breed and training of your dog for consideration. Additional pet fee of $100 per booking will be requested at the time of booking. 2 dogs max. Our Pet policy will be required to be signed at the time of check in.

A discount of 10% off for 5-7 nights and 15% off for 8 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. The discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction in VRBO. For stays over 21 days, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge.

Nice but not dog friendly
The house was nice but expensive for one couple and two small for two. Only about 7-10 days before our arrival did we receive a contract to sign about all the things our dog could not do or else.

Perfect spot for travels around Olympic
Very cute house! Great big windows in the common areas to let in plenty of light and from which to see the water out front at the mountains out back. While everything is a drive for Olympic, this place provided a perfect spot to serve as our home base. Our favorite “amenity” was the adorable family of wild bunnies in the back yard. They provided plenty of entertainment.

Beautiful cottage! Had absolutely everything you could want and was decorated perfectly with a great fenced backyard filled with blooming flowers. 5 min to ferry and town but walkable if you like a longer walk. Beautiful sunrise view from the living room and a Mountain View from the back with a cute nook if it’s too chilly to sit outside. Great storage for longer stays and nice laundry. My only regret is that we were so busy touring we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the cottage.

Very Cosy felt like home
This was a perfect stay, as we had told the property manager that we were moving from Washington to Alabama it was perfect for my mother-in-law, my husband, myself and our three dogs very cute place. I will let all of my friends who visit Washington the Olympic peninsula to check out the VRBO. It is super cute loved watching all the bunnies in the backyard and even heard the story about the hidden chicken from the neighbor next-door thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home

Cute little home
The house was great! All remodeled and new. Everything you need they had, we had family members over for dinner and didn't lack anything to cook dinner. The back yard was great and we sat out side and enjoyed the sunshine. The coffee shop down the street had amazing coffee and breakfast sandwiches if you need something before leaving town! I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Visit to Olympic National Park
The property was just about perfect. Everything was clean and well equipped. Even the neighbors are friendly! You should have the same mattress in the second bedroom as you have in the master. My adult children didn't really like that mattress but the master was great. Also, the sliding barn doors don't work for bathrooms. (Lack of privacy) A full door would be appreciated. Thank you again for the super stay.

Convenient location and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. If there was any negative, 8th street is quite a busy street. It was entertaining to watch the baby bunnies that lived in the bush out front! Glad they never went in the street!! Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was nicely updated and contained everything we needed for our stay. Despite being on a heavily traveled road, the neighborhood was very quiet at night. Restaurants and coffee shops are close by as is a grocery store.

As told to properly management the property was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Was very satisfied with beds, seating in living room. Kitchen was nicely furnished with newer pots, pans and dishes. Yard was great for our dogs, plenty of room to run. Cons: dishwasher badly needed in kitchen to sanitize dishes from guest to guest. Drains running very slow, garbage disposal would be nice. Experienced ants in kitchen around stove & frig for three days, finally got them under control. Parking was a bit of issue as our car was to long to park in front of garage, but moving trash cans to garage area and parking in front of shed gave us the extra needed room. All in all was a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend!
