It can be a little noisy with the highway fight in front. It is an older facility but it looks like they are trying to keep it updated.

Everybody was very nice. We had trouble working the TV & air conditioning, couldn't get local TV. Breakfast was good.

Our room had been recently updated so everything seemed new and fresh, even the towels. It was nice to have a lake view from our window. The breakfast was normal continental fare; juice, fruit, yogurt, bagels, bread, cereals, waffles and hard boiled eggs for your protein.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms clean but did have a bit of mildew smell. It was very affordable for the area.

Great views of Polson Bay. Staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms look nice and recently remodeled. The mattress protector on the bed made it noisy and hot for sleeping. There was not a hair dryer in the room. It is very noisy on the lower level if someone is in the upper level. The floor/ceiling does not have good insulation or buffer so every step is heard and floor/ceiling is creaky.

Bad experience

It was a terrible experience. The room we got had sticky urine stain on the toilet lid and the back of the toilet. Bed sheets had yellow stains don't know from what. Charged us 180 dollars per day which is totally not worth the price.

I drove in late from Missoula after a concert. I was pleasantly surprised to find a warm and welcoming face to greet me. My room was ready, the lights were on which as a solo traveller unpacking from the car park in the dark, this was a nice little extra that goes a long way. Property is clean, you get a bit of noise from the highway but worth it for the view in the morning. An easy walk down to the lake to jump in and start your day. Polson is a cute, walkable town and this property is well situated for exploring.

The view is amazing. The hotel is right next to a busy highway and the roadnoise is horrible. I had a sound machine so that helped. Hurricane windows would make this place almost perfect to reduce that noise. Its not fancy but its basic and clean. Service was perfect. Had minor issues that were handled immediately.
