Welcome to casual sophistication at our recently renovated, 1500 square foot 3 bed, 2.5 bath retreat on the lake in Pinecrest Golf & Country Club. Comfortably sleeping 6 in our crisply designed two level townhome that has a friendly nod to cabin living. Gaze peacefully at the lake from the deck lounge with fire table or enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. The Crested Falcon Retreat is special home in the Poconos that is perfect to get a break from the fast pace of everyday life.

A redefined home on the lake designed for the discerning families traveling together that enjoy the creature comforts of home and a modern design aesthetic (renovated in mid-2019). Enter into the two-level townhome steps from your two assigned parking spaces and enjoy the large kitchen for cooking or a small bite at the breakfast nook.

LIVING SPACE: The dining room is adjacent (with an 8 person live edge wood dining table) and has direct access to the lakeside deck with a small bistro table for two, two conversation chairs and a side table. A 3 burner propane Weber grill is filled and ready for you to cook in the fresh air and a propane fire pit for enjoying some warmth on a chilly night. The closet stores an additional tank of propane as well as outdoor games.

Back inside, the floorplan flows easily into the comfortable living room that boasts a buttery leather sofa, relaxing chair and soft poufs. Enjoy the living room fireplace (safe electric conversion with heat option) and wet bar/coffee station while listening to streaming music on the Sonos soundbar or a movie on the 65" 4K Roku Smart TV. A powder room is also on the first floor off the entry hallway.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Lakeside back deck complete with 3 Burner Weber propane grill, propane fire pit, bistro table with two chairs and two lounging chairs. Outdoor closet includes 6 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and umbrella for a perfect day at the lake.

COOKING SPACE: The newly renovated kitchen comes with custom painted olive cabinetry, black granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ample cooking and baking supplies with utensils are included for your use to make your stay even more home-like. Enjoy hands-free cooking help, music control and house information just by asking Alexa with the Amazon Echo Show conveniently located on the counter.

SLEEPING SPACE: Take the staircase up to the top level where all of the sleeping quarters are located and you'll have cathedral ceilings throughout with an airy skylight to provide natural light.

★★★★★ Primary Suite: The king bed primary suite (accommodates 2 people) is entered on the right and has peeks of the lake through the treetops. Your personal 65" 4K Roku Smart TV has all the streaming access as the living room and bunk room for your viewing pleasure. Our 2nd electric fireplace, adjacent to the king sized canopy bed, is also a feature of the master suite . An office desk and chair setup is connected to the closet in case you need to get caught up on some work (complete with task light, outlets and high-speed USB ports). In the full size closet you'll find a portable mini fridge, laundry hamper, velvet touch hangers, hanging open drawers, steam iron with ironing board and an electronic safe. The en-suite primary bathroom features an oversized shower with a multifunction rain shower head and includes luxury body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

★★★★★ Queen Bedroom: The first bedroom to your left is a queen bedroom boasting a bold green accent wall and white bamboo linens (accommodates 2 people).

★★★★★ Bunk Bedroom: The second bedroom on your left features a double full bunk bed with a bonus twin trundle pullout (accommodates 5 people) plus a cozy window seat and a whimsical play teepee (perfect for all the kids or the young at heart). Let the kids enjoy some movie or music time with their own 55" 4K Roku Smart TV with streaming movie access and Sonos soundbar. Just added scaled down retro video game with Pac-Man & other games for the kids, or the young at heart. A full bathroom at the end of the hallway, with a tub and shower combination serves both rooms (including luxury body wash, shampoo and conditioner). A brand new full size LG Washer & Dryer system right off the end of the hall (detergent included) will keep your clothes fresh for your entire stay.

Each bedroom includes their own personal Sonos sound system with access to Spotify, Pandora, Amazon music and a large private collection of music as well. The entire home has Mesh WiFi with 400MB down high-speed internet for fast speeds for all of your devices. Each bedroom has ample electrical outlets including high-speed USB charging ports and well as bedside charging stations. While the lake breeze and mountain climate produce very comfortable temperatures (as we do not have air-conditioning), we have installed individual ceiling fans, an attic fan for removing hot air and provide a 40" remote controlled oscillating tower fans for each bedroom in addition to one in the living room.

Parking for two vehicles is included and available directly in front of our home with auxiliary parking 1500 feet away.

Within the Pinecrest Golf and Country Club community there are many amenities that can be available for your use including the world class par 72 18 hole golf course / basketball courts / outdoor pool club / pickleball courts / tennis club and lake with swimming beach and swim dock.
