This property was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and location is close to the Hot Springs as well as restaurants and shopping. The door to our room was a little tricky to close securely but otherwise we had a great experience.

The hotel is very rundown and in poor shape. The carpet was ripped the shower had a hole in the wall. There were no lights by the bed. The TV was unplugged and did not work right the coffee was terrible in the morning. The price I paid was way out of line for the quality of this hotel.

My stay was good. However I left my pillow there called immediately and it was lost by the cleaning staff so I do not trust the maids there . I am glad I didn’t have them clean my room during my stay. They were nice on the phone but told me they would call me back and did not.

Room was outdated, tv did not work light above table would sometimes work. There was work being done on the roof and we got woke up at 6:30 in the morning to a very loud air compressor starting right outside of our room! The parking lot was small and we ended up having to park a block away from the motel
