Place was a good price and clean but kitchen sink wouldn’t drain and it was really noisy. People were thumping around above me both late and early. If you are a light sleeper request the top floor.

Wonderful staff

Front desk staff professional and friendly. We had two prepaid bookings for the same type of room. The employee made it simple and seamless. Offered us a choice of floors to stay on. Explained where things were in the hotel, when breakfast would be available and parking. Hotel is showing signs of wear, furniture in the room has frayed arms and seams splitting, curtains would not close. Hallway carpeting has ripples so luggage doesn’t roll easy. Breakfast was pleasant and staff kept the area clean and stocked. A shopping center has grown up around the hotel with popular businesses so at times parking can be at a premium. Noise as always depends on the other guests. Lots of restaurants with in a very short walking distance. When we visit our daughters and grandchildren this hotel is always our first choice

I requested a handicap rolling shower. Had a very, very small shower chair. That bed was not good at door front door was opera. I will not stay at that hotel again. Not clean at all

Please, please, please DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IN PLEASANTON, CA THIS DARK HOTEL, STAFF NOT FRIENDLY OR WELCOMING THEY NEED SHUT DOWN AND GO TO EACH ROOM AND UPGRADE THE FURNITURE IS FROM THE 1950, FLOORS NOT CLEAN, THE RUG WAS RAGGEDY,, THEY GAVE US ROOM WITH A BATHROOM SINK AND TUB THE WATER DRAINED VERY SLOW, I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO FALL THROUGH THE TUB IT WAS VERY WEAK, THE LIGHTING IN ROOM WAS VERY, VERY DARK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!°° FOR THE AMOUNT OF THIS HOTEL IS WAS NOT WORTH IT , TRASH WAS OUTSIDE, THE FIXTURES AWFUL HOT WATER KNOB,CAME OFF IN THE BATHROOM SINK, RUST, PAINT WAS CHIP, AND PEELING, CRACKS , LIKE I SAD NEED TO SHUT DOWN AND REDO THIS HOTEL.
