"This was our 12th visit to the Grand Riviera Princess, and it just keeps getting better! From the moment we arrived, Karla Jasso, who is part of the concierge team, made sure our check-in was seamless. Her attention to detail and warmth made us feel truly welcome and set the tone for another amazing stay. Every time we come, she goes above and beyond to make it special for us.
We would also like to give a special mention to Manuel Ortiz at the bar. His cocktails are incredible, and he always adds a unique twist that keeps us coming back. His friendly attitude and passion for his craft truly make a difference.
