We've stayed here multiple times when going to Disneyland. We have a car so parking and going to the park is easy, only 15 minutes away. Everyone at the desk, especially Jasmine, were super nice (guy working the desk at night was great as well but didn't catch his name!) and we always look forward to staying here! Breakfast is great too and Starbucks coffee machine as well!

Bed was hard as a rock. Allowed a noisy party to happen half the night. Was told jacuzzi was off limits after being told it was available. Not heated pool. Rude staff. Wasnt told about extra feesa and hold before check in.

I loved our stay here, the staff was great, they have the shower stuff that sticks to the wall so I suggest bringing your own amenities cause they dispense a very minuscule amount other than that my family really enjoyed our stay
