This property needs an update. The carpet is stained and there are very few dishes and cookware in the kitchen. Our stay was mostly pleasant regardless

Beautiful Suite
Amazing place to stay. Close to everything and the suite was fully equipped, including cookware, dishes, silverware, all the appliances. Loved it and will stay again.

It was a nice place to stay. However, the carpet was old and severely stained. We had a toddler with us and obviously you cannot keep littles off the floor. I was pretty disgusted by the fact that the floor had huge dirty stains on it. We called the front desk immediately so we would not be charged

The resort was nice but the pictures on expedia are not the pictures from this resort. Also expedia didn't send my reservation to the resort so that was a huge mess i had to deal with when we arrived.

There were beds for 6 people but only seats for 5. Add another chair/love seat to the living room. The door didn’t lock properly. The handle is loose. Needs to be fixed. Maybe consider a number pad/code lock.

Eh. Average but not worth the extra money
$50 resort fee charged at check in. One of our bathrooms had shower doors that fell in on me. We paid extra for the additional space and couldn't use it. Also, the balcony door lock didn't qork. You'd think the resort fees would allow them to do repairs.

We traveled from Ohio for a race. We had our truck and race trailer. I couldn’t find any place that would let us park our trailer. Sunrise Ridge had a huge extra parking area for our trailer!!! The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!! The townhome we stayed in was beautiful and right by the parking lot where we parked our trailer! We always travel to Pigeon Forge and this was our first time staying here. Our experience was the absolute best we have ever had and we definitely won’t stay anywhere else but Sunrise Ridge!!!
