This three-story home has four gorgeous bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows, plus luxury beddings for long nights of blissful sleep. One King master ensuite bedroom is on the main level while two King bedrooms and a kids room with a full over full bunk bed are on the upper levels.
The main-level master suite features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a handcrafted dresser, nightstands, and private access to the balcony.
The other two King bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, plenty of storage, and easy access to the family bathroom.
The fourth bedroom is designed for the youngest travelers and puts a fun spin on the classic bunk bed. The treehouse-inspired bunk bed doubles as a play area.

Occupancy:
MAXIMUM of 10 guests (8 adults max). No adults on the top bunk bed. Anyone over the age of 2 should be accounted for on the reservation. Please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number of people staying at the property. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per person per night after 10 guests. For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or any unregistered guests to the home at any time, for any length of time.
PRIVATE PARKING:
Flat parking for 2 cars, the parking area is 35 ft long x 20 ft wide. Overflow parking is not available. If you are unsure if your vehicles will fit, please take a look at the listing photos.
CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT:
Check in anytime after 4pm, a check-in before 4pm will incur additional fees. Our cleaners typically charge $50-100 for an early check-in. This is highly dependent on the availability of our cleaners.
Check out is 10am. No late check-outs, our cleaners need time to properly clean the property before our next guests arrive.

POOL:
This private heated saltwater pool is located in the basement (same level of as the hot tub), the temperature is preset by our pool company and is not adjustable.

Smoking:
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Please smoke outdoors, away from open windows or doors, and be sure to dispose of all waste properly.
AMENITIES:
As common for vacation rentals in our area, our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: one roll of paper towels, one small liquid dish soap, 2 dish washer pods, 2 laundry pods, kitchen and bathroom trash can liners, one hand soap and face soap in each bathroom and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. These are travel size items, please be prepared to purchase more to get you through your stay.
REFUNDS:
We adhere to the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking and strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. Please note that hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30 each year. We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues or circumstances beyond our control. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip from any unexpected disruptions.

☞Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit will be placed on hold by the host 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after check-out, provided no damages are reported. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank's processing times.
☞Trip Insurance: We recommend purchasing trip insurance for weather or health-related emergencies. Please note that no refunds or date changes are allowed after the free cancellation period.
☞Cancellation Policy: We will adhere to our cancelation policy, In the event of cancellation, any Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing fees are non-refundable.
☞Rental Age Policy: Must be 25 years or older reserve the home AND must be present for the entire duration of the stay. No third party bookings permitted.
☞Occupancy: Occupancy: Maximum of 10 guests 8 adults max (this is an insurance, tourist permit, and fire code restriction). No adults on the top bunk bed. All guests over 2 years old must be included in the reservation. An additional fee of $150 per person, per night will apply for over-occupancy, charged to the card on file.
☞Visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted under any circumstances. Unregistered guests will incur a charge of $150 per night per person. If the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy, a $500 over-limit fee will be applied. No exceptions will be made.
