This home overlooks the foothills of the Smokies in Sherwood Forest Resort, which is conveniently situated only two miles south of downtown Pigeon Forge. In town, you'll find the Gatlinburg Golf Course, Dolly Parton's Stampede, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and countless other attractions for all ages. The iconic roller coasters of Dollywood are five miles north, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park - where you can watch for wildlife in Cades Cove or take a scenic drive up to Clingmans Dome - is eight miles south.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
