This 3 bedroom condo located in the heart of Pigeon Forge - close to many entertainment and shopping venues. This beautiful unit includes new hardwood floors in the living area with an electric fireplace with a slate stacked stone wall and mounted 46' TV. The living area has plenty of seating so you can cozy up by the fireplace and opens to a balcony for taking in the beautiful mountain views. All windows and doors have privacy shades with accent custom drapery panels and new light fixtures installed throughout the space.

The kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wood cabinets with a beautiful tile and glass backsplash. The open dining space includes a kitchen bar with bar stools and a dining table with 6 upholstered chairs.

Located just off the living area are the three bedrooms- a Master Suite and two Guest Bedrooms.

Each bedroom is carpeted and equipped with a flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD and ample closet and clothing storage space. The Master Suite has a King size Bed and a newly tiled Master Bath with a garden tub, shower and granite topped vanity. The two guest bedrooms, one King and one Queen, share a newly tiled guest bath with shower and granite topped vanity.

All new bed and bath linens included. This unit also includes a upgraded washer and dryer.

This hilltop condominium is conveniently located on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge with shopping, restaurants and attractions just minutes away. Pros: Well-stocked kitchen, quiet, nice property, light filtering and light blocking window coverings, spacious, excellent communications, good HVAC, plenty of parking, quiet washer and dryer, close to Tesla Superchargers. Cons: Both Showers TOO SMALL (36x36), jacuzzi tub - holdover from the 70's - takes up 1/4 of the bathroom, master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, lamps need 100 watt bulbs instead of dim 40s and 60s.

Lovely condo that provided space for us to visit with our daughter who lives nearby. The property was spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. The pool was nice. We unknowingly booked during a “rod run” car show weekend and traffic was unmanageable but that is not the norm. We were glad to have a nicely furnished place to hang out as a family. The owners are very responsive and went out of their way to check in on us.

We love the location of these condos! The condo was fairly clean but truly needs a deep clean. The floors would turn our feet black and there was a lot of dust on services. The air quit working on our last night there and the owner didn’t have any luck getting a company to come check it out so we had to spend the last night really hot.

Everything was great , check in was easy communication was fine, the location was great. There was plenty of room for six people. The only issue I had was with there housekeeping a little Dusty bathroom floors looks like it hadn't been mopped, found hair in three areas of the kitchen. A little extra cleaning I would stay again and the owners seem to be really nice.

We have been visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for 30 years in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and this was the nicest place we've stayed!! The location of the property was on the hill just behind the Local Goat restaurant which made it so perfect! The large parking lot made parking easy, and this unit was in the building closest to the pools and playground. The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were amazing, and we all loved it! Before we arrived the host contacted us and we had a very easy check-in. She contacted me a couple of times to make sure everything was good. We had a commode that broke at 5:00 on Saturday evening and it was fixed while we were at dinner. Amazing service!! We will definitely stay with this host and, if possible, in this unit again!
