Good times for all
Our family had a great time. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. Extra touches were left for guests. The host is responsive.

Great stay!
Our group of 7 had an amazing stay at this home! It was very clean, and the beds were super soft and comfortable, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of activities. The pull-out couch was also a great addition and surprisingly comfortable. The only downside was the ladder to the top twin bunk—it was thick and hard to grip, so we couldn't use it, but the bottom bunk was easy to access. The other bunk bed was easier to access too. We enjoyed the firepit for s’mores in the evenings, and the kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, and utensils for us to cook and dine together. Gatlinburg was about 20 minutes away and the drive was very easy. Plenty of access to attractions and great food nearby! Overall, it’s a great place for large groups of friends or families. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it!

Nice and well located.
But it was not thoroully cleaned. I don’t know if toilet papers are included because there was none. Somebody forgot to turned off the faucet from the balcony. Otherwise, the property is good as advertized.

Perfect location
We were just as happy staying at the cabin relaxing as we were popping to town for outings. The patio is amazing with plenty of furniture to relax and listen to the creek. We had a couple issues that were taken care of by the property manager right away. We would definitely come back!

SMELL SO BAD!!By Far the WORST PLACE EVER
NEVER RENT THIS PLACE. As soon as we entered the place, we were hit with a strong sulfur smell that lingered throughout. The situation got worse when we tried to use any water faucet, especially the hot water. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the bathroom or take a shower. We reached out to the owner multiple times and they sent a handyman the next day. However, the problem was only fixed for cold water, and we still couldn't use the shower. This went on for three days and was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the place was dirty, with spider webs around the windows. It was a disappointing experience, especially because the owner knew about the issue but didn't mention it on the website.

It was good but not great.
I wish the TV was a smart TV. We could not use the TV at all. Water smelled really bad. Most of did not want to shower because the water smelled very bad. We had called the customer service and asked if that can be fixed. They said they would send in a plumber but no one showed up. Lighting was also not so good.

Decent
The living room and bedroom is carpeted. The back deck area was really nice but the spider webs are thick around the outside of the entire cabin. I seen 5 big bee hives under the front roof gable. The Wi-Fi wasn't good. There was plenty of kitchen supplies, extra blankets and towels, pretty much everything you need inside. Plenty of good parking but a little tight at the entrance. It was ok considering the price to stay. A little more effort and it could be a 5 star stay. It wasn't really dirty but it felt damp and neglected. Its a cool place and I would probably stay again but the carpet, spiderwebs and bees hives need to be removed.

Very cool cabin
The cabin was set on a creek- so sitting on the balcony in the hot tub and listening to the water run was very relaxing! Great location. Could have been a little cleaner, but overall, very nice cabin and exactly what we were looking for!

The only downside to this Cabin was the tremendously horrible-smelling water. It was sulphur water which smells like rotten eggs. We purchased bottled water to drink, make coffee, brush teeth and use in meal preparation. Luckily we were there for only two nights because the stench was so bad we could not shower.

Nice cabin
This cabin is very conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The kitchen has all the cooking items you could need. Loved the back deck, although the leaves, debris and cob webs need be blown off to be more inviting. Loved the upstairs. Beds were comfortable. The water did smell like rotten eggs when you take a shower. Overall, it’s a nice cabin.

It was terrible
The Well was not working and we reported it and they never fixed it. We got there on Friday and left today and could not use the water. It stunk the whole cabin up and the hot tub was filthy with chlorine tabs. The whole cabin was disgusting. We will never stay there again and we are filing suit against them. They reimburse maybe $352. When we had to take showers else where and could not use the amenities that they claim they offered in the listing

Great place!
This is such a great place! So much room for family and friends! The only thing we weren't too fond of was how close the neighbors were, not very secluded at all. But luckily we had great neighbors while there! Other than that, this place is very nice! And absolutely worth the price.

Great location
Growing up in the area, I knew the location we wanted and this place was perfect location! No crazy long mountain roads to get to it and perfectly placed between Pigeon Forge and Gburg. The cabin was clean and roomy. The hot tub was okay, no very big. Only a couple negatives. There was no Wi-Fi- yes it wasn’t listed as an amenity, but with it being 2021, I didn’t realize that was something to look for. There was no cell service, so you will be completely off the grid. Bring a hair dryer. Most cabins I’ve stayed at in the past provided one, luckily I brought mine just in case and I’m glad I did. The cabin does not have a water softener, which is unusual for this area. The water was very hard and had a VERY strong sulfur smell that would fill the cabin after a shower. Growing up in this area- having a water softer is basically a must have so I was a little taken back that they didn’t have one. These are very small things I noticed but overall it was a great stay and I would stay here again.

Good location, but a bit pricey
The location of this cabin to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was great and we loved the back deck and creek behind the cabin. However, there was a permanent resident who lives close by who lets their dogs run free and one of them bit my husband. So we were a bit uneasy taking our own dog out and letting our kids outside by themselves. Also, for the price, the cabin seems to be a bit outdated and could use some improvements. Overall we had a great stay!

Cabin was great. Wonderful large covered and uncovered porch to enjoy a morning coffee or a nighttime fire while listening to the creek flowing just a few feet away. Upstairs setup is great for kids...large bunk beds, 2nd full bathroom, pool table, and upstairs porch with hot tub. Convenient access to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg shopping/entertainment areas, plus convenient location for accessing Smoky Mountains National Park for hiking.

We had fun.
There was no WiFi, which would be okay, but the listing says there is WiFi. Looking back on past reviews, I noticed that it's always an issue. The listing should just be honest. Also, in order for 10 people to fit, the pull-out sofa must be utilized. Sometimes, adults who aren't coupled don't want to sleep in the same bed. The listing should give a clear description of beds/bedrooms.

Great location and cabin
The cabin was very comfortable for our family of 2 grandparents, two parents, two young children. Because of covid we only cooked and ate at the cabin, the kitchen did very well. We did not use any disposable plates but the cupboard was adequately stocked with china and glasses. The fire pit and grill were great. The location is excellent.

Great cabin, great location. Would’ve been 5-stars across the board, except there was internet/WiFi (which was needed to support remote working needs). Property manager was very responsive and worked to make the situation right. Great place, great location, highly recommended.
