Great place to stay

Property very clean inside. Well lit outside at night Had a small issue with a locked door. Called maintenance and within 1/2 hour issue was resolved. Matt was courteous and explained a few other items within the place. He helped us with our tv and he was just the type of person you would want as an employee. 5 stars (highest review) from all family members.

Nice family get away spot

Cabin was as stated. Lower level was a bit cold but a portable heater was provided. Love the gas fireplace in main living room. Kitchen was a bit small but well equipped with all we needed.

Okay weekend rental

We are frequent travelers to Pigeon Forge and have rented many cabins. We rented this cabin for a siblings trip. The location is located closely to the Parkway. The cabin was very clean. However, it is dated and the temperature was extremely hard to regulate on each floor. The upstairs half bath faucet drips. We had a group of 6 and each person only had 1 towel. The hot tub was nice, but no towels were provided for it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would not stay here again.

Comfortable

We loved the cabin. Only two issues. There was a pile of dirt that was in the corner downstairs and there was feces in the inside rim of the toilet downstairs. Other than that, we had a great time and will be making this an annual trip.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Only one thing that I would change: The 2 bathrooms with bathtubs needs new shower curtains. There is black mold on them. But everything else was very clean!! Thank you!

Charming Cabin

Everything was as it was described online. Very quiet neighborhood, cabin was well maintained and cozy. Ample room for all 4 of us, ample TV's, fireplace was great, it was damp and cold first couple of days. Hot tub was very relaxing. I would rent it again. Great stay!

Old timers vacation

The cabin was smaller than we thought it would be, but it worked. Right off we noticed the downstairs toilet rocked and leaked pretty bad plus the sink in the kitchen had a bad leak. Called customer service and a plumber did come and try to fix the toilet. We put a pitcher under the sink to catch the water. Everything else was okay. The temp was hard to regulate for all three floors.

beautiful cabin

The rental process was flawless along with great communication before our stay. We was in town for The Jeep Invasion ( my brother’s Jeep was showcased by one of his sponsors ) and this home was a great location for us to stay at. We would definitely stay in it if it’s available when we are in the area again.

Good location. Has pros and cons

Pros: Just a few minutes from Pigeon Forge. Not steep roads. Clean. Cons: Neighbors are close enough to disturb a quiet vacation. We were here over a Saturday night - the next-door cabin was a loud party city. Noise came thru walls while we tried to sleep. Not what I paid for. Also hotel pool nearby was really loud. Cabin is pretty small. Common areas especially. Drain in 1st floor bathroom clogged up, even after several reviewers mentioned it before we stayed. Bedrooms dark even midday summer. Not overall worth the nightly fee (especially after all the extra fees are tacked on)

We arrived late in the evening, found a McDonald's cup still in the upstairs bedroom, floors were not swept. All of the exterior doors did not seem to lock. Woke up to realize they have a coffee pot but no coffee filters. The main floor shower does not drain properly (after looking back at reviews the company was alerted of this over a month ago) and the shower curtain was full of mold, mildew and who knows what other nastiness. The furnace return vent was completely full of dust and dander. The cabin was a nice little set up, with newer ceiling fans and close to town. But pretty bare bones and needs some TLC. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent to not even be cleaned properly. If you stay here be sure to bring coffee filters, salt and pepper and all the little extras. We stayed at another cabin last year who did many more little things to convenience the guests. I did attempt to contact the company about the cleanliness of the cabin and did not hear back from them. Very disappointed and will not stay with them again.

Some problems

Although the cabin was sufficient, there were several irritants: freezing downstairs that left us with colds (daughter slept on couch upstairs because of the extreme cold) while ground floor and second floor were sweltering plus ground floor tub/shower did not drain sufficiently. Email management company twice but never received a response.

Will stay here again!

We really enjoyed the cabin! It was perfect for me, my husband, my mother and our three kids (10,4 and 3months). The basement is cold as listed in the description but there is a heater that makes it the perfect temperature. The neighborhood coming in looks nice and it’s the perfect distance away from the main strip with still being close. We can’t wait to stay again!
