The Space:
All of our 1bd no pets units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

Amenities: Our grounds and amenities are unmatched and feature a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ gym, business center, clubhouse and dog park. Please note that pool decking and dog park is getting remodeled in the month of September 2021 and may be down for service during that time.

Location: We are where you want to be in the East Valley. Exactly in the middle of highways 101 and 10, you will be 15 minutes from everything including the airport, camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Scottsdale. Please keep in mind that there may be very slight road noise on the grounds so if you are very sensitive then you may want to consider another option.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be within walking distance of Lone Butte Casino. A gym and laundry facilities are available. The apartment includes amenities such as a kitchen and a balcony.

I got sick and couldn't breathe I believe their might have been mold there as I am very sensitive to it having been exposed previously. Unfortunately we had to leave the property. We asked for a refund but never heard back from the property manager. We were originally scheduled for a different apartment but that room was filthy so they moved us. We won't be staying there again

Don’t use

Great price for size with kitchen. Unfortunately the rest was bad. Fire alarm failure once first day four time the second day. Only notice was taped to door saying this may happen. Terrible for rest and safety. This location (not able to state real location per Vito policy) has a lot problems . Roaches. after 12 hour flight to Phoenix I was woke by roach crossing over me. Killed 3 more the first day. Multi roaches in bathroom also. The curtain in the bedroom has some very odd stains on it. I pray it not what it think it is. Wish I could attach photos to to this. Sorry can’t say I would use this location again.

I will never go back to this place again, Dirty place, the photos on the website do not match the reality of the place. The place is visited by the police at all times, giving the impression that the place is not safe.

The room looked nice but as soon as you walked in there was a horrible smell like cigarettes and even though it says nonsmoking, it smelled like someone had smoke in there , it so uncomfortable because we are no smokers and my husband has a problem with asma, don’t know if it just happen to be that room, my husband got there first and he went to Walmart to buy Lysol to spray and I took some others cleaning stuff to spray with alcohol to fresh up the room, we were hoping to comeback for a longer stay since we are buying a home and are in the process. But since it was one night we decided to just let it go.
