Our contemporary house boasts two well-appointed bedrooms with Smart TVs, black-out blinds, and exceptional beds to give you the whole zen experience. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a makeup area, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfy queen-sized bed.

The condo has two separate bathrooms. The first is the ensuite to the master bedroom with a large walk-in shower, a Jacuzzi tub, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second full bathroom sits in the hallway and features a large walk-in shower. There is also a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, counter space for folding, and a steamer.
Complimentary toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available.

The gorgeous kitchen is stocked with new stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the other necessities you’ll need for cooking the finest meals or the most basic snacks for your crew. Get yourself going in the morning with a hot coffee fresh from the Keurig coffee maker. A variety of Keurig pods will be available!
Of course, if you don’t want to worry about cooking during your vacation, you’re just a short walk from some of Scottsdale’s best restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay. It's clean, well-stocked, and convenient to Kierland Commons. We cooked a Thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It's a gated community, which is nice, and the pool area is also clean and seems to be well managed. When we had a plumbing issue in the condo, Sherman was available and quick to take care of it. Excellent communication.

This condo is beautiful and exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Easy to get to with lots of amenities/restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillow choices. I highly recommend this place. Sherman provided easy to follow instructions for everything.

The property is very clean with modern conveniences. Everything is upgraded and modern. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. The community is quiet and residents near us were friendly. The property is near retail and grocery shopping and restaurants. We couldn’t partake of all the amenities nearby but hope to return in the near future. Very close to Scottsdale Rd and easy access to the 101 North and South. Sherman is very friendly and responsive. 10/10 host and property rating.

Can't say enough about how nice it was to stay in this property. We have stayed in this area for vacations for at least 6 years and this was the best property we have stayed in. Furnishings were great, condo was very clean upon our arrival, appliances were new, check-in process easy, and the owner got back to us quickly with our questions. We had a very nice 2-day stay at this condo in Scottsdale. It is nestled up against the golf course for the adjacent Kierland Resort. Secluded yet close to all the fun eateries and shops nearby.

Great Stay!
The owners were very helpful leading up to our stay regarding the property and check in process. When we arrived the place was very clean and the process was seamless. The property was walking distance to Kierland Commons and the grocery store. We were able to walk to these areas daily! We were very pleased with our stay and look forward to booking in the future!

We stayed here while attending a family celebration nearby. The condo was in the perfect location for our needs. Everything was clean and in good condition. We didn't use any of the recreation facilities so I can't offer any comments about that.
